If I could give 2129 Pelham Department Store, a zero rating I would. They were more than happy to take my money when I was purchasing a few items, however when I had to return two of the items for an exchange (,because they were damaged,) the person in charge of exchanges was very disrespectful and rude. What all businesses must understand is that without customers, they do not have a business ! My family and I will no longer enter the discount store !

Beware of this Business. Very bad thievery services. I bought my kids two toy set from here, And upon opening noticed that some stuff was missing and broken. When I went back to exchange it they told me they don’t return or exchange anything. So basically if something is faulty you WILL NOT get anything back. Stores like this are in the neighborhood to steal from the poor. Don’t give them your money!

I just made a first time purchase only to get home and find out that one of the items that I paid for was not put in my bag. This is a corrupt business. This is what I get for trying to support a local business. Shame on you.

Great prices good quality bedding curtains and rugs I buy everything I need here from bedding to bathroom and kitchen. They have everything you need to make your apartment or home beautiful love everything I bought to complete my new apartment. I highly recommend you shop here you'll love it. I'm going this weekend sometime to get more throw rugs you can't beat their prices
