Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who gave us the truck but he was also very kind & explained the process throughly as well which we appreciated since having a previous problem with U-Haul. I will definitely be returning to this Penske location.

Being a first time customer my experience was beyond what I could imagine. I have dealt with other companies were not listening. Here I felt heard and understood, I want to give a show out to Gloria, she made me feel comfortable and she took her time and explained everything to me. She was patient and kind.
