Unbelievable deliveries. I purchased a brown sweater for same delivery. Dasher did nothing wrong, but the item is coming from the same store, was delay to the point it came the next day, however they gave me the wrong item! Not even the same price wise too! I called customer service and they were great, trying to help me. Now, it was on my part that I purchased the wrong size, so I tried getting it again with the right size by same delivery again. Same store, I received the wrong item again. Just appalled. Wasting my time and money.

This rating is for Vetco , the staff here is incompetent to say the least, I took my 2 month kitten to get her shots done seeing the pricing online, to then get to this location and was told those prices are inaccurate. This was in July 2023. Also I was told she can not get her rabies vaccine until she is 6 months old. Which is 4 months after I was there. Now while I was there the staff told me to pay in advance so I would not have to pay when I go to get her second set of shots, so in total I paid $165. I went Jan 13 2024 to get her shots done , ( I waited so long due to my own medical issues of being in and out of the hospital , and my dog passing) I was told by the woman greeting , her name was Louise (like she stated Louise from Superman) in a very RUDE manner that the money I paid in advance was invalid because it was so long ago. She stated I can not get anything done after 3 months , I will not get a refund. I would have to pay again . She then called her supervisor and said her supervisor said no. I explained my dilemma as to why I waited so long and also how I was informed that I could not get the rabies shot done until she was 6 months old. Louise said that's not true , it's 4 months. Also how i was not informed about a time limit to get her shots done when you pay in advance. Louise then gave me customer service. So I called that day and spoke to 2 reps who said that the time period is 60 days , and the manager will call me back. Now today 1/16/24 the manager calls me back to explain to me that the department that looks into the matter cannot do anything about this issue. Simply, I lost the money and if I want to get her shots done at vetco I will have to pay again. I stated the multiple discrepancies with information , the fact my own medical issues were a problem , and I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to get the shots done, So i can get my kitten spayed. None of the employees I spoke to showed any understanding or compassion about the situation . Vetco employees are THIEVES !

Sad looking pet store . Lack of assortment and pricey. You better off ordering online.Waste off time going to this Petco.12/20/23 Recent update : the service in the store improved significantly.

It’s been a few months since my baby’s grooming, after we got her back she was groomed so nicely which I provided a 5* for. Unfortunately after we came home I realised that they didn’t provide the deshedding treatment that I paid for as a lot of hair was still coming from her.We have been to a different Petco prior to this who did the deshedding treatment which helped her not shed incredibly for 2 months. We decided to change to the Bronx Petco as it was closer/more convenient, the staff here are kind and helpful I just think the wrong service was provided to my dog.

Horrible is not even the correct word. I wish I could give them a zero stars. I took my dog to get groomed here and what I asked for was not what I received! My dog went in fluffy and adorable then came out a scrawny scary looking thing. The groomer did not listen - there is no customer service and the manager is just as bad ! DONT EVER THINK OF TAKING YOUR DOG HERE ! WALLY AND LUIS ARE THE WORST !

My dog went in fluffy and adorable then came out a scrawny scary looking thing. The groomer did not listen - there is no customer service and the manager is just as bad ! DONT EVER THINK OF TAKING YOUR DOG HERE ! WALLY AND LUIS ARE THE WORST !

Worst customer service. Went exactly here at 11:40 on Sep 30th. They had a deal going on for fancy feast .88 cent cans. We asked a girl with pink hair if this deal is correct, to which she said that yes it was. We took 20-25 mins to get 24+ cans and some other things for our cat. We came to the register and she said the total came out to be $31 instead of $21. The manger(I think it was) named Daniel said we should’ve looked before getting it when 1st we did and 2nd we were told by his employee that it indeed is .88 cent each. The manager said that they do NOT sell grilled fancy feast and that it is a coperate thing. So why waste our time? And why lie to our faces without checking the cans properly? I shop here so often and a member here. But now I don’t think I will be shopping here. Do better Petco!!! And manage ur employee well.

Horrible grooming services! Will not return honestly I should be able to receive a refund because it doesn’t look or smell like anything was done. Very furious and I wish I was present when dropping off/picking up to speak with a manager

When ordering a flea/tick prescription for my dog I was asked to chose my vet. I received the prescription from Vetco but the Vetco I got it from was not on the list on the Petco website so I just chose a vet I took my dog to before (not for this prescription) just to be able to complete my order. After entering all info I had to mail in the prescription (uploading should be an option) which takes days. I then had to wait a few weeks for Petco to approve the prescription which I later received an email stating that they didn't because the signature was digital instead of hand written. While all of this is going on, my dog missed the time frame he needed his next dose, got bit by some bug and broke out with terrible hives. I called Vetco to ask why I having so much difficulty receiving my pet's meds when the prescription is from Vetco which is located inside Petco? I was told that I shouldn't have all this running around and that I should speak with customer service at Petco (which told me to just mail in another prescription). I gave up and order a different flea/tick med on Amazon. I'm highly disappointed in this ordering experience.

Ms. Sassie and I feel welcomed by all of the staff. You all are very professional and wonderful in treating and making our extended fur animals feel loved. Thank you!
