so I went yesterday to fix my phone and the service was quick and fast and the man there was very helpful but the only thing is my camera quality looks blurry & like slightly dark compared to my brothers phone like the camera quality looks cheap & dark that’s the only thing I’m upset about ? .

The team at this store are incredibly honest and helpful! My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE was not charging, so I brought it here. They could not find any visible issues with the charging port, and said they would have to open up the phone to find out what was wrong. They informed me that this procedure could potentially crack the screen and would void the warranty, so they recommended I go to Samsung 837 in Manhattan to get the repairs done under warranty. They could have tried repairing my phone and took my money in the process, but they did not. If you need honest, personable, and knowledgeable people to repair your electronics then come here.

Very professional and great customer service. Went in for a screen replacement, the job was done in less than an hour, and they also added a liquid screen protector to the phone for free as part of the replacement. Highly recommend them ??....!

They fixed my iPhone 11 that was cracked in multiple areas, ink was throughout my screen & my screen was blacked out but was still on and I couldn’t see my notifications or anything. When I arrived I explained the issues I was having and I got a solution. My phone was repaired in the matter of 20 minutes within that time I had the option of buying a new case for my phone that was half off. I was highly satisfied with the price I paid , customer service & I got a free screen protector.

This tech shop saved my Life today!! My phone screen was completely black!! They serviced my phone in an hour! The woman who worked there was very nice, knowledgeable and provided me with excellent service. The techs were the same as her! Very knowledgeable and good at what they do!! If you have a phone issue do not hesitate to stop by! They will take care of it for you!! I recommend this shop for purchasing phones, cases and repairs! Check them out!
