However, some note that cleanliness can be iffy when members do not wipe down machines, and staff can be lax in enforcing this. A significant criticism involves the cancellation process, which cannot be done online and requires an in-person visit, leading some to feel the policy is wrong or like an indirect scam due to advance charges. Despite this, it remains a space where everyone is welcome to build strength at their own pace.
I workout at this gym and I have the best time. Its clean and friendly. I love the experience of it all.
