It provides a great place to work out with best-in-class equipment in a welcoming, judgement free zone. Many members report a super experience with positive lifestyle changes, and staff are often described as fantastic, offering personal tours and encouragement. However, some note that cleanliness can be iffy when members do not wipe down machines, and staff can be lax in enforcing this. A significant criticism involves the cancellation process, which cannot be done online and requires an in-person visit, leading some to feel the policy is wrong or like an indirect scam due to advance charges. Despite this, it remains a space where everyone is welcome to build strength at their own pace.
Machines are always broken. Bathroom is always filthy. The lockers are old and outdated, and most of them have been broken into the locker room needs a major overhaul.

I workout at this gym and I have the best time. Its clean and friendly. I love the experience of it all.
