If you were involved in an accident or need any work done to your vehicle please do yourself the favor and get in contact with Kevin at Platinum Autoworks. After receiving my car, Kevin provided me with constant updates of the work being done. He was very diligent and the turn around time was impressive. I can’t think of any other way this experience could’ve been better. Kevin helped me with getting a rental vehicle and even detailed my car when all of the parts were installed.

My advice it’s DON’T here just because he can WAVE your DEDUCTIBLE u will be WAITING MONTHS for your car don’t let them fool u. Plus the man in charge PETER will NEVER REPLY or answer your call or text so save yourself the problems.look at other negative comments here they are. Claimed of taking OEM parts so do your research.

My car was vandalized 3 weeks ago and from start to finish Kevin and the Platinum Autoworks crew were nothing but professional!They provided excellent communication and customer service. They even went as far as to have my car detailed, in the end I felt like I got a brand new car.I’d recommend them to everybody!

As I see these reviews I see that many say only a one sided story I’ve had great service with platinum and they made my 2022 look like showroom condition. I guess like anything in life you just can’t please everyone. I took all my belongings out my vehicle because they have a sign that they aren’t responsible I learned to read. And these guys can’t control what the insurance gives them for repairs. Keep up the great work and it’s my choice to make when I was in a. Accident that’s why I pay insurance

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE, THEY HAVE A NUMBER OF LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM PENDING, , WHEN YOU FIRST START DEALING WITH THEM, THEY WILL KISS YOUR A$$. AND PROMISE YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT. BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE A CHOP SHOP, THEY STRIP YOUR CAR , AND REPLACE GOOD ORIGINAL PARTS WITH USED ONES AND POSSIBLY PUT YOUR LIFE IN DANGER, BECAUSE THEY STEAL AIRBAGS, AND IF YOU. (GOD FORBID) HAVE AN ACCIDENT WHERE THE AIRBAG IS SUPPOSED TO SAVE YOUR LIFE,,, IT WILL NOT, BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAMMER COMPANY, AND THEY SHOULD BE (AND HOPEFULLY WILL) BE SHUT DOWN BY THE. *DOT*. MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE DEALING WITH THEM!!!!!!!

First of all notice how all their five-star ratings come from customers who mentioned the same exact thing !!!!! (Great service), (great staff) and they recommend that shop..... that is all written by the owner and his friends !!!!! THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM THAT YOU WILL ENCOUNTER. Terrible shop, don't take your car there,, (especially if it is new.!) They steal airbags, and replace them with used ones , that do not work, and swap out parts from your new car with older ones,,, . I wish I took my car to the dealership like I always had done before...... AND THEY CURRENTLY HAVE A NUMBER OF PENDING LAWSUITS AGAINST THEM INCLUDING ONE FROM MYSELF

They towed my car after my accident and when i went there the next day the owner tried to charge me 585$ even when i didnt want them to tow ot back.When i said i dont have that much and im gonna have to call the cops the boss got reaally aggressive and said now he’s gonna show me how it works. 2 of my friends came and I called the cops and they said its a civil matter.The guy charged me 485$ to get the car out of there and untill i paid he said to wait outside and buckle up my jacket because it was 18F and freezing outside.He wouldn’t even let me wait into my car.Did my complain to the DCWP also went to the 43rd precinct to do the complaint and in the process of filing a lawsuit. Thankfully my friends had bodycams.

I’m very pleased with the body work that Platinum did on my car recently. My car looks brand new! I also love that they arrange a thorough detailing inside the car after the bodywork. My seats looked so good after the cleaning, something that I wanted to take care of for some time now. After a year and two months of my car getting a hit and run on my driver's door! After numerous searches of auto body shops, that gave me no confidence! God sent me Kevin! Kevin is awesome! He gave me confidence to leave my car in his hands! Kept me updated every step of the way! Platinum and there team did a fenomenal job on my car! They gave it back to me good as new! I met Kevin outside my job after he saw my car door smashed and offered his services. It was smooth going through him and he constantly updated me with pictures and letting me know how far in the process things were with his repairs. He is very friendly and the work platinum autoworks did on my car was immaculate. Brand new! Don’t hesitate to go to these guys for auto work.
