Rented a zip car and went to pick it up last Saturday Dec 12th at 655am. When I got there, there was a small group of people waiting outside for their cars. This is a 24 hrs garage and the gates were down and no attendant was in the lot. I waited there with everyone for about 18 mins and then contacted zip car to put me in a different address and went to a different lot. Zipcar thankfully gave me credit but the garage is really at fault.

The guy working here in the morning shift will always tell me that the lot is full. No posting or sign outside. He’s a king of this garage.

I used to work on the second floor & the guys in the garage always took care of my car. I've since moved to a new location but miss the convenience of this garage. Thank you Paul, Patrick, and care for always being consistent! Miss you!
