That team need to be re trained again, customer service socks, u walk into the branch all u see is the bank empty employees just sitting around when a customer walks in they don't acknowledge u until u ask them a question and get brushed away.

The customer service in this bank is awful. I was helping my mother because she had a question about her account. The person who answered was extremely rude. He could hear my mom talking to him and told her to take the phone. It’s ok to make sure that the owner of the account is on the phone but there’s no need to be nasty when you speak. He was very unprofessional!

Please please people I’m begging you to check banker credibly before open or have any relation with this bank. Customer service is horrible and myself as a person I don’t true any representative with my personal information. Don’t true anyone specially this bank

Horrid bank. I constantly feel like money is missing out of my account and when you call and it tells u the balance it's days behind as far as the last transaction. Also many times I call and it says there was an error connecting to the host so I can't check my balance. THIS BANK CAN'T BE TRUSTED, IN ANGRY I'VE ALOOWED MY TAXES TO BE SENT HERE

This bank is quite possibly the WORST operating today. Deposits made either via check or CASH aren't processed in a timely manner, the ATMS malfunction more often than they should, and the customer service is essentially non-existent. When things go wrong - and they will - you can expect to hear excuses and BS... for days before anything is resolved. My advise: don't trust this bank with your money.
