I open a bank account for my daughter at this branch and eight taking a month to get my debit card I went to the branch and told her about it, and she came up with so much excuses instead of saying sorry, this wouldn’t happen again, but she put the blame on me.

Worst bank I move ever worked with recently deposited a check and was lost in their system if I did not reach out to them in regards said check Nothing would have been done. This is the 5th time they have cleared my check late and causing me to make late payments on my bills and overdraft on my account. So dis organized as a branch I should not have to reach out to remind you about a check that you all lost track of. I will never recommend anyone to work with this bank and never trust this location at all.

I went today after work at new location branch located at 149St. 3 avenue, Bronx, NY only for the ATM outside the bank with no security outside was not working. I wasted my time getting there. The branch on Southern Blvd closed, leaving the people in that area with Rite aid, Allpoint ATM and the most you can take out is $300. Guess what, it was out of money. I went to Castle Hill branch and the branch is closed as well. I have no choice but to change my bank. It is very inconvenience for them to close up all there branches and I have to go in circles to take out my money.

Popular bank have to do better than what they are doing . You'll have the elderly waiting in longer for than an hour. When a business owner comes to the bank the security guard open the door like he's the king. They don't have posted how many people can enter the bank. You'll really mess up when popular bank moved from the spaces spot on 152 street. I guess popular bank don't care about their customers. And the bank only have one teller to service so many peoples. Do better that's a place of business !

No sense of urgency, inconsiderate to customrer's wait time. Expect to wait 30 minutes or more before being assisted. The service is just absurd.
