I was charged $6 for less than two minutes of computer use and to print one piece of paper. This is absolutely outrageous and feels like I’m being taken advantage of, especially when I was in a rush and had no other options. I understand needing to cover costs, but this is beyond excessive. Extremely disappointed with how expensive and unreasonable this service is!

This location is the worst place to print docs. Had to be there (no other choices) 3 times and all three times there were problems all the time.
All their macs are slow as f, you have to check and change the printing preferences all the time, because the printer settings seem to be specially configured so that you pay more money. Color, two-sided printing, landscape... You have to check everything every time and each time these settings take a very long time to load. The worst thing is that they only have one printer! One! And it is at the cash register. And managers use this printer also, they constantly print out and scan something, and at the same time other clients send documents for printing. Your documents are mixed with other people's. The manager herself takes out the printed documents and for some reason believes that she has the right to mix all the sheets in the order in which she pleases. Wow. Some of the documents come across from other clients, my printouts are given to other clients, which means I have to reprint them again, and in such cases the cashiers are not at all cooperative and try to charge me twice for using the computer. PostNet on Parkchester is just a magical place in comparison with this one.

Customer service is good but the prices for printing have jumped drastically in the past 7 months. The pricing isn’t listed anywhere in the store. The charge to print two copies of a one page, black and white, portrait 8x12 inch was over $6.00. You’re better off going to print at Staples which is what I did after the cashier told me the price.

Postnet is a life saver. It takes Fed ex and UPS packages. For a $1.00 , it'll take USPS packages. The lines can be long, the service is quick and friendly. They take passport photos.

Terrible experience. We were waiting for my 10 month old daughter to take passport photos and watched as 3 more customers walked in a got copies done while we waited. Someone even got their picture taken before we did. No system. No way of knowing who arrived first. It’s not on the customers to have to speak up. No apologies. No “sorry for the wait”. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Just a terrible experience. The 2 young ladies working here need customer service training or better systems to follow. This was Saturday Feb 10th. Do better.

Having been a loyal customer at POSTNET for over a decade, it's disheartening to share a recent disappointing experience. Upon entering and greeting the staff, I encountered a new team member who displayed a concerning lack of professionalism and basic customer service etiquette. Despite attempting to engage, my presence was disregarded, and the service I received was marred by a dismissive attitude and side conversations that detracted from the interaction. As someone who values courteous and respectful service, I hope the team can prioritize customer care and professionalism to ensure a more pleasant experience for all patrons.

I had a great experience here thanks to the excellent customer service and kindness I received from Renee and the young man who helped me with my shipments . Although it was later in the evening they went out of their way to make sure my FedEx overnight package got out on time by chasing down the overnight FedEx guy who had just left a moment before I arrived! Their diligence and the fact that they cared actually made my day. Thank you!!

I always trust Postnet instead of the drop-off spots. 1st-They are very nice and professional, 2nd-they give you a receipt for the package you leave, and 3rd - all you have to do is track your package. I rather go to Posnet than a drop-off spot anytime. 557 Grand Concourse ad 149th Street. The prices are reasonable to send, fax, copy and digital copies.
