If I could give less than 1 star I would! Do NOT EVER book this house keeping service! They are scammers! They quoted me over the phone without seeing the house, then couldn’t give me a scheduled time to show up kept giving me estimated times & changed the time 3 times and then showed up at 7pm. The owner sends ONE girl to my house to clean two floors by herself at 7 o’clock at night! The girl showed up with nothing, no cleaning supplies no gloves no rags, absolutely nothing! I had to provide all the cleaning supplies she used. She was there for 2 hours, and when she was ready to leave so many things were not clean but now it’s 9pm at this point. The owner called me making excuses that if small things aren’t done she could stay to fix it but it’s really late (which wasn’t my fault) so the job was rushed. I have WHITE bathrooms so you can see every speck of dirt when it’s not cleaned properly! The floors were not mopped, my bedroom dressers were not wiped down, the sink was dirty, she didn’t even fix the couches, there was still my kids toys under the couch. I specifically asked for a deep clean & I could’ve done a better job if I would’ve just done it myself. I called the owner immediately to express my unhappiness with the way it was done & asked if she could send someone else the next day to at least finish the job and she said they are off on Sundays so she couldn’t. I then asked if someone could come another day and she said yes but wanted to charge me a second time, when I didn’t get the service I requested the first time!!!! This company is unprofessional and cannot even be considered a cleaning service! They do not clean at all, she didn’t even take things down to clean countertops she just pushed them around and wipes around them. I’ve never ever had someone come clean my house professionally before this was my first time ever and I am so upset to have wasted money and now I still have to clean my house anyway! DO NOT BOOK THEM!

Worst agency ever!!! Dirty, lazy, unorganized... All they want is rush and get payed!!! Nothing else!!! And the head of the agency is so unprofessional, it's beyond... She ONLY cares about the money!!!! THAT IS ALL!!! AND they are absolutely not cheap!!!!wow!!!!

I visited this site to hire someone to help me clean my apartment. I'm a 67 year old woman who recently had back surgery. My apartment has gotten really messy; floors not mopped, bathroom needs a heavy cleaning and piles of laundry everywhere, since my surgery so I asked for a deep cleaning. I wasn't under any illusion that it would be a quick and easy job. So after looking for a service to help, within a few minutes, I was contacted by several people who gave me flat rate quotes for the job. I chose this company because the owner had good communication skills negotiating with me and had a couple of good reviews, especially from a person who thanked the owner for their kindness and professionalism. I received a few rates for lower rates but I felt comfortable with this offer. She was unable to the job personally but assured me that she would send someone equally qualified. I did ask about the lapse in time for reviews, and she informed me that she had a newborn baby. A young woman arrived yesterday and although I spent a decent amount of time on google translate to explain the job at hand, things seemed to be going well enough for the first few hours, but, as time passed, I realized that there was still plenty of work to be done that probably wouldn't be completed in the next hour.At this point I offered to pay her for the extra time and I contacted the owner. She informed me that this employee had another job scheduled for the rest of the afternoon and needed to leave within an hour. I was understandably disappointed. After multiple texts back and forth with the owner, I was left with no choice but to pay for the time and do the rest of the work myself. In addition to this, the worker was on the phone much of the time, needed to be reminded to wipe down dust on the surfaces and left dirt and dust on areas that are difficult for me to access because of my surgery. - [ ] I was very clear when I hired the company that my place was a mess. The owner tried to bully me into thinking that if I let her come back, and paid for another day, that little by little, I'd get the job done. Except that's not what I signed up for. To make matters worse, she required that her employee remain in my apartment until we worked everything out. This could have been a dangerous situation if I was another type of person. So now I'm out of a few hundred dollars and I'm still left with a mess that I had hoped would be at least manageable right now. - [ ] I don't recommend this company unless you have an easy job that can be completed quickly and easily with a good deal of supervision.

Fiqe and her team are just awesome. We called her for same day cleaning service of a home and they knocked it out of the park. They gave the place a thorough cleaning with kind and professional attitude. They were patient when they had to wait 30mins to be let in and didn’t charge extra when I added more tasks.Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because I can’t give six.Service: General housekeeping

This service is not honest. Fiqe tells you all the right things over the phone, but is actually lying. Don't do business with someone who lies to you. Read my review dated 10/1/22 for background.

Fiqe was great! Reached out on a Wednesday and she was able to come on Saturday. She and her partner did a great job deep cleaning my boyfriends new studio apartment in less than 2 hours.

Fiqe's work is not only detailed, precise, and prompt, but it is also clear that she genuinely cares about her customers! I reached out for a cleaning service in my NYC sublease around the area and received quotes that were 2-3x the price that Fiqe was offering. Fiqe was very kind and helpful in answering any questions I had prior to booking, but her guidance definitely made me comfortable in taking the leap to have a clean space! I highly recommend this company for any cleaning and organizational work you may have!

I put in a request and received very quick communication, at a fair rate. I am pregnant and becoming less mobile by the day, so I needed some experts to come in and have our apartment looking great ahead of a baby shower planned. Fiqe & her business partner were prompt, efficient, personable, and left our place looking better than when we moved in. I look forward to working with Fiqe again in the future, and highly recommend!!

I saw another review for Fiqe pop up while scrolling Yelp and although I have since moved out of NYC I wanted to write her a long overdue review because she was so great! She is not only a fabulous cleaner but a wonderful and kind person as well. When I was going through months of medical treatment Fiqe was always there to help. I highly recommend her and do not hesitate to say she was the best cleaner I had since moving to New York 13 years ago.
