Roniel was very friendly and patience while answering my questions, and explained further details on how to book the unit that I plan to book.
Location is quite convenient, next to the 6 subway.

I just want to say the public storage associate THEIRY was helping me for my first storage purchase and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her patience and attention to detail were remarkable, and she delivered outstanding service with great efficiency and a fantastic, friendly attitude.

I was initially happy when I reserved my 5X5 unit online. After reserving online I was offered promotions. I took advantage of a discounted BJs Wholesale membership.
I moved in on July 30, 2025 and realized my unit was hot. They’re falsely advertising climate controlled storage spaces by running a bait and switch.
The 4th floor is the only floor that’s climate controlled. So unless you’re renting a storage unit on the 4th floor beware.
I asked to move to the same size unit on the 4th floor but they wanted to charge me $40 additional dollars each month. Don’t advertise climate controlled units that you don’t offer!
I was removing some items from my storage and needed to use the restroom 15 minutes before they closed but two male customer service representatives refused to allow me to relieve myself. They told me to use the restroom at the deli! I don’t do business at the deli!
I suggest you store your items at Storage Post or any other storage facility.

The customer service was good and the rates are good. As I went with the intention of getting a 5x5 locker but ended up with a 5x5 room for the same price so that worked out for me. I appreciated that the staff took the time to find me a better deal.

Moving to different states is very challenging, but this storage unit was exactly what I needed on short notice. I spoke with Theiry, who eased my concerns with her patience and consideration. After dealing with severalbad experiences I have confidence knowing that with Theiry there, things will be well maintained and followed through.

I’ve been to many storage places around NY and none have ever given me an experience I truly can value. Been a customer here for about three months now and the staff are always so helpful. Theiry, the woman at the front desk is so knowledgeable and attentive she always answers my questions to the fullest giving me the best options when it comes to anything related to my storage unit. I am not sure who’s in charge there but she seems to know it all and I’m glad I chose this location. Would give 6 stars if I could, completely satisfied no complaints.

This establishment doesn't do courtesy in calling the renters for the flooding that occurred in the basement due to the bad weather. If you are one of those ppl who don't check your storage, u should especially bad weather bc u shouldn't count on these workers to call u to check your stuff
