I’ve been coming here with my uncle since January idk what’s going on but the outside and the inside have never been so clean I use to see garbage or little stuff around the property you don’t see filth anymore . We appreciate yall keeping it clean.

I came in yesterday but didn’t rent a unit yet because my wife and I wanted to shop around first but that didn’t stop her from giving us a tour and all the information we need . This past weekend went to Public Storage and was helped by John. Hands down the best customer service. Showed the difference in sizes of rooms so I could make an a choice that best fit my storage needs. The location is also very clean. Would refer to anyone that needed storage assistance.

Zero Stars, they broke into my storage. No help beside telling me to call 911 & a 1 month free, when I’ve been a loyal customer for over 8+ years. My stuff was suppose to be safe in there building / facility. No cameras No nothing ! Very unsafe ! Now i lost most of everything i had for over 10+ years. My unit wasn’t the only one broken into and it’s sad, no other steps was made to contacting the other owners of the other units as well. “ I’ve asked “ .. now to wait and see what the insurance say’s. Will definitely give a Update after all is done.

BEWARE!! They lure you in with attractive prices, but after about 6 months, they drastically hike the rates! As shown in the attached photos, the advertised price was $188/month, but I just received an email stating the new rate is $379/month—a staggering 101.6% increase! Avoid doing business with them at all costs!
