Definitely recommend this storage place. Staff are friendly lockers are clean secure, and the parents is cleanly.

When I moved in, the location was a Public Storage. That was great. They had plenty of carts, the prices were affordable and the staff was friendly. They also had an application that could be used to access the facility and make payments/keep track of storage and prices. Then storage post took over. Rarely were there carts anymore. All new staff came, and they rarely stayed long enough to matter. No App for access or payments. Despite all those new shortcomings, and lack of any upgrades to the facility or extra convenience for customers, my unit’s price (and I imagine the unit price of everyone else) just kept going skyrocketing. At this point in time (just vacated my unit) and for what I was paying for one of their units, I could have had two units elsewhere. Storage post has no regards for their customers, therefore I will not recommend it to anyone I know.

Staff was excellent, both associates gave their advice and knowledge. The only down side was the aggressiveness and rudeness of the other tenants (all men) waiting for service, waiting for elevator, obtaining carts.

I would recommend Storage Post for anyone needing extra space!! Clean, air-conditioned! Friendly staff especially Leslie!! He is Friendly, helpful and courteous! Ask for him when you get here, Mr. Leslie is always ready and willing to help ?

The move from River Ave Self Storage was an absolute disaster.#1 I told them I wanted to be present for the move and I'll be ready the next Monday because I still had things I needed to swap in and out. I went to River Ave that Sunday and my things were already moved. The Storage Post rep said it was because they were in a rush to get everyone out (the deadline was over a month away). This was especially infuriating because I had 27 days left on my rent with River Ave, and I downsized to a smaller unit at a fraction of the cost. What happened to that money? Multiple voicemails to Mohammed who managed the moving process went unanswered.#2 They broke multiple items during the move. The moving workers took pictures and said they'd get back to me. I haven't heard anything in over a month.#3 I can't log into my online account nor speak to a human to make a payment so I have to go to this inconvenient location (like I don't have anything else to do with my time) and eat a late fee (like I don't have anything else to do with my money).

I wasn’t available to witness the move in person (I’m actually not even sure whether the move has taken place yet), however, Mylandria was the consummate professional so I know that my possessions are in good hands.She walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, and left me knowing that I had made the right decision to trust Storage Post with the move.She is simply AWESOME !!Thank you, Mylandria !

Storage Post’s Morrisania facility is the perfect self storage option in the Bronx. The facility is clean and easy to access, and they have a lot of storage unit sizes so you can find exactly what you need. Plus, they’re reasonably priced and offer a lot of great extra perks like climate controlled storage units, live virtual customer service, and month-to-month rental options!
