We went with our contractor and had a great experience. They had everything we could have wanted in stock.
I recommend Quality Tile. It was worth the shlep.

Be very careful if you choose to purchase tiles here, especially in cash. The store is beautiful and the salesmen are friendly but they are very disorganized and dishonest.
We purchased floor tiles and backsplash tiles. When the time came to pick up the floor tiles at the warehouse we were given the wrong tiles. We noticed once we got home and opened the boxes. When we called, they said the warehouse was closing in 30 mins, that we had to wait until Monday and we were alright with that. We just asked that they confirm the correct ones were in stock and they reassured us. Come Monday when we got to the warehouse and took the sample we had with us, they said it was an old tile and that they no longer had it. They gave us a sample of a different tile to take home. We chose to go with that tile and when we went to the warehouse the third time - we were once again given the wrong one. The same wrong ones we were given the first time. They didn’t have the tiles of the 2nd sample they had given us either. In the end we decided to just stay with that one.
We then decided to return the backsplash tiles and were told there was a 25% restocking fee - when prior to purchasing everything we were always told we could return anything we didn’t use without any mention of a fee.
When we came to the store and tried to explain all the difficulties we experienced the manager/owner, Anthony, came out, cut us off, and said the fee was non-negotiable, take it or leave it.
In the end the salesman who worked with us from the start, Manny, took care of us. But it was overall a very unpleasant experience.
Just think twice maybe thrice before purchasing anything here. It seems like they make up prices for items that they don’t even have labeled nor are they aware of what is or isn’t in stock in their warehouse. The service is very poor and Anthony is uncompromising and very disrespectful. I honestly felt as women they treated us differently, but I haven’t personally seen how they treat men.

This place is stocked!!! Well stocked and organized too. Lots of people working on a rainy Saturday morning. They were friendly and helpful and patient with us as we walked around for about 30 mins trying to decide. We chose kitchen backsplash and bathroom tiles and basement flooring. Perry gave us helpful advice and was able to help us narrow down our decision. We ultimately ended up choosing what he recommended. Highly recommend checking this place out

Very pleased with their selection. Peter was a delightful salesperson in that he answered our questions with patience and made helpful suggestions. It was not a 'hard' sell. He was our facilitator! With one phone call they will pull our order and have it ready for pick up! ?

Although they have a very nice selection and prices are pretty good. Dont expect service to be the same. I had to ask for service because everyone was too busy standing around. One man told me he was going on break in ten minutes. smh. So instead of him handing us over to someone else we had to ask for another coworker. Then we we found our floor. Of course it doesn't come with the stair nose and was told WE had to go match it with random stair noses. Wow thanks for the help!!! Maybe instead of standing around, have your workers match your stair noses so we don't have to waste a extra flippin hour doing so??? I wasn't happy with the process. The help on the floor was zero..

If you have a project in mind, definitely consider stopping here for a price comparison. It's not a fancy place but had everything we needed in stock and competitively priced. The folks at the desk were super knowledgeable, offered helpful suggestions (avoided "trendy" versus "contemporary" choices) and supportive of our need to stay on budget. Highly recommend!

One of the most amazing selections in tiles, habe them on huge displays to help you visualize the tiles. Amazing service, dont rush you in the selection, listen to your likes and wants and steer you in the right direction. Prices better well. Five stars. Ask for peter.
