The service is good. The staff works fast, but the problem is the payment. I paid $100.00 and then they were charging me $25 more. The problem is that they used my card without my permission or consent. This is anti-ethical, they took the card that I paid the $100 on to charge themselves. So they steal the customers' card information. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH QUEST AND THEIR INFORMATION.

Visit went well, but I will note that the lab technician that drew the specimens didn't really give me a welcoming impression. And she spoke too slowly to be audible. Minor grips, but I think it should be noted.

I recently went to Quest Diagnostics at 2015 Williamsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY, for a biometric screening, and I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member responsible for taking my measurements seemed unprofessional and did not follow what I understand to be standard procedures.
Rather than taking my waist circumference herself, she handed me the tape measure and asked me to do it. She also did not measure my height and weight, instead asking me to self-report these measurements. I expected a more thorough and professional approach to ensure accurate results.
I hope Quest Diagnostics considers this feedback to ensure better service and adherence to procedures for future clients.

I am currently in the waiting room. I came here for a pre-employment drug test. I was able to be seen right away as a walk in which was great! However, I couldn't pee when I took the test which is fine, that's my fault. The lady who facilitated the test said I have to wait another half hour which I was also okay with. Afterwards, she left the building and hasn't come back!! It has been 20 minutes since I was supposed to retake the test!! She was not friendly at all and looked and sounded like she couldn't care less. Terrible service! I will not be coming back!

I gave it a 3 because it didn't open up at 8am and I was outside waiting from 7:40 sitting in the steps because I don't drive. When the lady came to open she was parking quickly to open up with her Dunkin Donuts in her hand. My child was was called on time and when I asked questions the lady was kind enough to answer.
I want to say many people came in as walk-ins and were accepted and didn't have to wait long. I can't complain here is way better then the one in White Plains on Dobbs Ferry.

Very unprofessional staff. I work in a doctor’s office and we always send our patients here and being now as a patient has been a terrible experience. The manager or the supervisor just came after being waiting for an hour and said NO WALK IN today … I think it would had been better if from the beginning they notified us instead of wasting our time.

They in there hanging out talking about the family and divorce . What a long wait . They must think they are a hospital . It’s blood work and keep it moving . People were in there getting restless . Mind you it’s not a wall that separates the patients and the waiting area it’s literally cubicles so you hear them just having a blast while everyone is waiting to get seen. Countless breaks for phone calls . Even a store run . This place needs new personal . People were coming in after me and being seen . This place a mess. Waited 3 hours and was never seen . The people are so rude Tracy moved her car twice and the fat girl in the front refused to see me because I didn’t pull up the email fast enough for her meanwhile it’s not like she was working fast or hard she was taking 10 minute breaks in between clients

This is my 2nd trip in to drop a sample. Originally went to Location in Nyack and was not told you have to make an appointment to drop off a sample: 2 hours and 20 minutes to drop off a sample without an appointment. There has to be a better way. This is horrible. Most of these locations are poorly/understaffed. :-(

This is the worst clinic.I have been to my life.They don't got no good customer service.If you could get another clinic to do any appointment , you have to do go somewhere else but this clinic sucks

Horrific. It took over an hour just to drop something off because no one is ever at the front desk. Don’t bother to try calling, you can never reach an actual person and the automated service just hangs up on you.
