  Horrible. The woman in charge was extremely nasty and impatient. She wouldn’t help us at all.

  I made an appointment. We were taken earlier. There was not a wait. The technician was competent and patient. My daughter was petrified to have her blood taken, and the technician treated her with respect, but with a loving firmness which allowed the procedure to take place without pain. Highly recommend.

  Excellent service, prompt and competent. Only issue is that one can't reach Quest by phone.
