Tried returning something that didn't work AT ALL and the cashier informed me I can't return it, even though there's nowhere on my receipt that says I can't, nor did anyone tell me. I'm done shopping here.

Staff needs some basic training on greeting customers. A stress inducing customer came before me, so I understand being a bit incensed. The staff member told me that the other person was suggesting they were trying to rob her because the system gave a price she didn't like, and she was blaming it directly on the worker. They should make calling a manager easier because it is their job to deal with this sort of thing.
Otherwise, it's a typical Rainbow store - too many clothes, not enough space to get around. If someone in a wheelchair wanted to go shopping, they would need an assistant and wouldn't be able to see everything. Even a voluminous woman would struggle to pass through the display area. There are just too many clothes, with many styles that are basically the same style.
Rainbow in general (not just this store) stocks a LOT of polyester for the summer. Who wants clothes to stick to them? I feel as though whomever is responsible for buying the stock has poor taste and poor choices. I manage to get lucky here and there with one style, and fortunately, it always seems to be there. They don't last very long either, with holes developing within 2-3 months.

They should have people who speak English at the counter that can explain why a purchase made 2 days ago, with the tags, and receipt on them cannot be returned. Ridiculous.
