Jocelyn was incredibly helpful when my car broke down on I-95. I was able to get a quiet room quickly, clean up, and get back on my way. She even called after check in,
to ensure everything was okay. The place was very clean. I had the chance to wash up quickly and then continue to work after fixing my car. If I break down again in the area, I’ll definitely come back—hahaha! Thank you, Jocelyn!

My husband and I had to make a last minute reservation with this hotel as our previous accommodations fell through. It seemed to be the best decision out of our options, and I wasn’t excited. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept the exterior and interior were. The front desk is behind billet proof glass, but still mostly welcoming nonetheless. We had the pleasure of meeting Kim who was there to check us in. There was a slight mishap with our booking, however Kim called for help from the manager on duty, Jocelyn, and she was able to fix everything. They were both extremely nice and did everything they could to make us comfortable during our stay. The room was a basic room, but clean and room service was consistent. When checking out we accidentally left without receiving our deposit we paid for incidentals. There were two gentlemen there, Willie and Megh, who chased us down outside and made sure we were refunded our deposit. I thought it was amazing that in a world full of dishonesty people still have integrity to that extent. Overall, a very positive experience came from the unexpected and I would even venture to say that I would be happy to stay here again.
P.s. the location wasn’t ideal for me because I’m not a city girl and am not used to public transportation…however, it is only a 10-15 minute walk from shopping and fast food.

Jocelyn is the hotel supervisor is great person and awesome service provided the ramada Inn Bronx , New York is one of the best and clean hotel that’s offer free breakfast and parking I recommend you to stay at the Ramada Bronx hotel

Jocelyn is absolutely amazing! Such a pleasure to have customer service be their top priority. Rooms are clean and breakfast was available with good choices. Will stay again when in the Bronx area.

I attended a concert at the UBS arena and wanted a hotel that was close and good quality. Ramada by Wyndham Bronx was perfect. It was clean, welcoming, and close enough to the stadium. (The hotels that were closer had horrible reviews.)
As previous reviews stated, the staff are welcoming and attentive - front desk, those I passed in the hallway, and in the breakfast room. The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles.
Dove products in the bathroom.
Plenty of parking.
It was also quiet. My daughter and I slept so well!
If I attend another event at the UBS arena, this will be the hotel I choose to stay at.

Hotel is nice and clean. Rooms are well attended to and service is excellent. Huge shout out to the hostess and receptionist Jocelyn on my stay and arrival. She is very engaging and welcoming. She answered all my questions and concerns all while radiating a positive smile and attitude. Highly recommend a stay at Ramada Inn by Wyndham.

I stayed at Ramada for a few nights, and I was genuinely impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff member Megh at the front desk made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and cozy. The accommodations were immaculate and well appointed. Special thanks to Willy the manager whose assistance ensured a smooth and pleasant experience.
