I can't speak highly enough of Liana Lee. I truly don't think we would have found a better agent than her in our situation. She clearly knows the NYC market, particularly in the rough and tumble world of Bronx with all kinds of things that may come up that may complicate the home selling/buying process. She is very experienced and will price the homes appropriately. I felt like she always had our interests in her heart - telling us what we needed to hear, and not what we want to hear. But always maximizing our value. Highly, highly recommend.

Liana was recommended by a family friend as a realtor with a wealth of experience selling coops in Yonkers. She was very knowledgeable about the coop market in the neighborhood and steadfastly advocated for us during the months' long process. We had worked with two other realtors before who brought along buyers who were not qualified, seemed to prioritize other types of properties, or were never responsive. Though there were bumps along the road with our coop board, we were ultimately able to close within a few months. I would highly recommend Liana and her expertise!

She is very professional, extremely dedicated, hardworking and has great work ethic.My mom had a contract in under a month. Liana gave us great advice and made us felt like we were her only clients. I couldn't say enough about Liana's professionalism. I was in the NYC Market for 1 year before meeting Liana. During that year I saw 2 houses in total and I had one of the worst times ever as a first time home buyer. I even missed out when interest rates were ~2% in 2021!!And then I met Liana - immediately she was honest, upfront, thoughtful and caring. She knew what I had gone through and told me her goal was 3 months to find - offer - close a house. She was very honest the entire process - and today I am a proud home owner thanks to her. She met her 3 month promise also ? I just hope she stays in the industry so that I can work with her again!

Hello,I was in my worst situation when Liana appeared in front of me like an angel and helped me from her bottom of her heart!!!!!I as a foreigner to Bronx area was looking for a place to rent. before I meet Liana, I had gotten disappointed from the attitude and behavior of the real estate agents I had encountered and I was being hustled around for a while. I wanted to return to my country.But by chance I saw her office and knocked on her door in the middle of eating her lunch!!! as soon as she saw me in dire of needing a rental place, she immediately stopped whatever she was doing and gave me hope and offered me assurance that she would help sincerely to find a place for me. she trusted me and immediately arranged to meet multiple landlords in the next 1 hour and yes that night I went back to my hotel and slept with peace of mind!!!.It was such an stress that was relieved by her; God Bless Her!!!!!she has helped me not only to find a place but also voluntarily to inform me that she is there for me in what ever matter I need to be informed of.I Can Not Express in Words the amount of kindness and humane actions she compassionately donated me.
