Great place. Local Mom and pop store. The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. I've known them for 12 years since I moved into this area. They know and ask how family. The Pharmacist Robert will always explain about any medication if you ask him. They work with you and your insurance companies to get you the best price they can give you. The other Pharmacist who's not there every day follows suite. I would highly recommend this business. This is the best only place I go. It's also great to support a local small business Jeff G

If you want to go somewhere where everybody knows your private medical business, great. When you call whoever answers the phone won't transfer you to the pharmacy until you tell her your name.

This is a "mom & pop" type pharmacy. With the exception of the relatively short hours of operation (9 to 6 most days; closed Sundays), the care, professionalism, and courtesy are great. I did have to go to a CVS one time in the past year to obtain an uncommon drug. This did not dissuade me from staying with Regal. Pharmacist Robert is the best.

One of the last old timey pharmacies ..: pharmacists will call immediately with questions or updates if there are issues filling your prescription. Maybe the best thing I can say about Regal is that it's NOT CVS.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this pharmacy. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it has a lot of good stuff inside, even gifts, like jewelry, kids craft books, and even tiny music boxes. I went to get a document notarized and it was fast and only $2. The gentleman who notarized my documents was very nice and even made conversation with my 4 year old. I bought a Scratch and Sketch book there, which I wouldn’t have expected to find. They had so many varieties so I’ll probably be back for another.

Been going here for 14 years. Very reliable. Beats CVS anyday.The excellent pharmacists and the helpfulness of the staff are key takeaways. Very helpful and communicative esp when there is a glitch between the doc and the prescription order. Despite the somewhat taciturn staff, they are pretty solid and reliable, eager to help. You don't have to wait years on line or on the phone. I like that I can see a recognizable face each time I visit. This must have been a booming place before CVS arrived. I love that you can browse journals and gifts for sale - which is what I think neighborhood pharmacies used to be like in the old days.

I started using Regal Pharmacy about 8 months ago. They are the best pharmacy in the Riverdale neighborhood. The pharmacist, Robert, is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He is the consummate professional. I've used a few other pharmacies in the area, and Regal is simply the best. I'm very happy to have found Regal. I'll never go anywhere else.

The pharmacist is VERY helpful. One time I needed a colonoscopy kit that night for a procedure early the next morning. He made certain the kit was delivered in time for me to start right away. He also checks on new prescriptions - recently suggesting just 30 days instead of 90 for a test of new medicines. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough, and knowing they will deliver is really helpful, if you are busy and unable to visit them.

They are a tiny place with one pharmacist, they didn't have the ingredients to fill a fairly basic prescription, so I had to run around transferring to another place.

They have always been really nice/respectful, have helped when needed. I honestly have gotten medications from there year's ago. Not many, but some. Quick with service. I needed one of the male employee's who is a signee to sign a form I gave him to help me get my passport. That was really cool. He did help. I have one now.Thanks.
