I have had such a great experience with them. They have such a beautiful place in a great location where parking is easily accessible. The whole team makes sure you always feel comfortable and treats you like family! Always felt safe and comfortable with any treatment I've gotten from them! They are definitely worth it!!

Stephanie is amazing with communicating with you and explains services that will benefit you and your recovery. Roselin hands down the best! Very friendly and share great tips for post op recovery. Her hands are divine! I have recommended to friends for post op care and I will continue to come here for my treatments! Thank you ladies!

I made a purchased of two of their services, the employee that was suppose to prefrom this service was unable to due some medical issues. The receptionist stated that they would get back to me once she is back! That never happened, I purchased this services 2021. I kept calling and emailing, I even showed up at the establishment. I was told once again that they will reach me. I finally received a call in Feb of 2022 stating to file a claim with my bank in order to get a reimbursement since they were not going to accommodate me with another services or give me back my money.I filed a report with the BBB , I need resolution with this Establishment. They are the WORST!!!! WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ANYONE.

I never saw anything like that in my life. Worst customer services ever . She said she is the supervisor of that spa . I hope I never met someone like that lady in any places. Hope my money comes back to my account soon . Trust me I will pay $3000 + to a lawyer to get my $169 back to my account because of that lady calling herself a supervisor. I work hard for that $169

THIS IS CALLED STEALING FROM THE CONSUMER!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS POOR MANAGEMENT. Would not recommend. Never saw any type of results. Short staff. They mess up appointment times and communication is off.Don’t let pics taken w B celebrities sway you into thinking it’s highly recommended place.

I was extremely happy to obtain my post operative care at Rejuve Spa not only did the place come highly recommended by a few friends but I was able to experience it all on my own. These ladies are highly professional and great at what they are set to do. I appreciate Yermyn, Maria, Roselin they have magical hands. Stephanie and April rock at the front desk Rejuve is lucky to have such an amazing team.

1- Be aware that you're being recorded naked. 2- if you don't speak Spanish don't got to that place. Within 12 massages I have passed 5 therapists none of them speak English. When I went to complain Stephanie the manager said it's a Spanish own business, the therapist is not allowed to talk to the customer while giving massage ( non sense, by law you entitle to understand what service is being performed on you. A dr is not allowed to do anything without explaining it and have your consent ) I almost sue them because They injected Carboxy in my body because they couldn't explain what it is. 3- poor customer service I had my massages 2 months ago I still can't get my pictures. I've emailed, called no one answer. So much rules and documents to sign to have access to your own pictures 4- too many unnecessary rules for a beauty space

I went for a facial around mid June, the receptionist Stephanie was really rude. They also owe me money about $800 dollars and they refuse to give it back. This place is very unprofessional because of the receptionist and lack of customer service and respect. I will not be coming back here and I hope no one else does because this place is not good.

My first visit I was excited and looking forward to my massages. First I must say the prizes are expensive and NOT worth a penny. What didn’t like is the fact the ladies that does the massages didn’t speak English how unprofessional is that. All my massages never started on time. You can’t communicate with the person giving the massages. I was very disappointed. I paid for 6 post op massages and I do not see any results. One of your staff at the front desk she continue force services on you. All she was concerned with was me spending more money. No one explain anything to me. I wasted my money. I am so disappointed and I hope the owner can contact me. ASAP.

I had surgery recently early February in Dominican Republic. I had gotten a few massages over there but since I was only over there for a short time frame I didn’t get a total of 10 I didn’t worry much due to the fact I had book my massages package with a business I wouldn’t want to expose them , way before my surgery date it was steal and I took it . I’m a mother of two I was trying to save me some cash like who doesn’t lol well long story short I went to them soon as I got back. The very next day they only massage me and drained my back never changed my dressing which is very important. She seems new to doing this very unprofessional was even late a few times I had gotten some fluid on my thigh that I even had to go else where to get it drain with a needle because she didn’t do it , such an overwhelming experience I had my hormones are fresh I didn’t know what to do until I decided to go to Rejúve the very minute I walk in this place I felt comfort and I knew they was going to take good care of me . I had to reach out to Mary she help my nerves get calmed. I was extremely nervous and overwhelmed because my incision scar from my tummy Tuck open up ,yes I have a open womb in the middle part I wanted to cry once I notice it . This is my first time getting plastic surgery so u could only imagine how I was feeling thinking the worst . But it’s not about the money saving I’ve learn that it’s important to get best service for your after care it’s your health on the line . I’m so happy I go here and I will continue my post op here and I know I said long story short lol but hear me out not only did Mary saved me she also book me appointment to see a good doctor that’s helps take care of situations like mines . Which I’m so grateful for that way I don’t have to fly back to Dominican. So ladies this place is the place to go for post op wax ,facials etc name it they do it all . I’m so happy I chose them ❤️ I recommend them 100 % very attentive caring & passionate about their job ??

This place is amazing! First time going yesterday for body sculpting and they are super professional. I asked about the package deals and my therapist Andrea was super nice, honest and helpful and gave me a comfortable experience. I asked about the packages and other services, i ended up getting a 4 session package along with carboxy treatments. I love that they dont push you into purchasing more deals because it creates an uncomfortable vibe. Overall im extremely happy with my service and I cant wait to go back next week!

I arrived to my appointment way before my appointment time and they told me they would be able to take me earlier....then told me they couldn’t take me earlier so I went in at my appointment time which my appointment was for a consultation. I waited from 1pm all the way to 145pm. The owner came to take me in and literally took one look at me my consultation didn’t even take 2 mins..... didn’t ask me if I had any questions just in such a rush to leave the room. I go to the front desk and they quoted me $1400 for 6 massages....had I had more attention from my allegedly “45 min consultation “ I would’ve gotten the package but they 100% sucked! I would never go there and on top of that my $75 consultation fee was still taken for her rushed 2 mins. Terrible service I would never trust them with my post op or anything!
