Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing. I don’t have enough words to say how blessed my family and I are with the service we receive. They take care of us as if we’ve known each other for a lifetime time. Truly and whole heartedly I am truly blessed with Remedy. I highly recommend them for all your pharmaceutical needs. They’re compassionate, understanding and most of all serviceable and loving.

The pharmacist Dr Lee, and his staff, provide compassionate services to all who visit. Dr Lee ensures that he greets everyone making purchases or picking up prescriptions from Remedy Pharmacy. He has a caring disposition and this is reflected in how he will reach out to the customers Doctor if there are any issues with filling a prescription, even though he is always busy. There has never been any issues with my mother's prescriptions because he and his staff ensure that they are filled properly. Remedy Pharmacy and staff are truly a gift for the community.

I can't say enough great things about Remedy Pharmacy! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and professionalism. I can not remember how I used to handle any of my pharmacy needs before transferring over to Remedy.
A special shoutout to Luisa, who is such a wonderful person—her kindness and genuine care for myself and my family make every visit a pleasure. Lee, the pharmacist, is also amazing! His knowledge and dedication to us are unmatched. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answering all questions with expertise and a reassuring demeanor.

I was supposed to get blood pressure meds and instead I got Insulin. Luckily my daughter and I got in contact with the doctor to confirm before anything and doctor stated doctor never prescribed insulin; I dont have any condition that requires for me to take insulin. and lastly this pharmacy dont write the instructions properly on the label that they stick in the prescription. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Where do I start, so firstable, I see lots of 5 stars reviews after my incident with this pharmacy. SO PLEASE COMMUNITY DONT GET FOOLED, its clearly a cover up for their mess. Lets start with back in May my mom got prescribed insulin even though my mom doesn’t or ever suffer from diabetes neither the doctor prescribed it ever even though they put our Doctor’s name on it; my doctor didn’t prescribed it. Luckily I asked the doctor to confirm before we did anything. My mom was supposed to get blood pressure meds. With that alone it should of been a red flag for me but i just left it alone. Than there was a time i will call the pharmacy to check the status of my prescriptions and most of the time i get a “we will call you back in 10 minutes” and never call back. My reason for me to call is not to bother anyone; its just to save time because every time i go to pick up my meds there’s always a wait and I don’t be having time to wait. Lastly and cherry on top; I was very very sick and i got prescription sent to the pharmacy, i called to see if it was ready they said that they have to order and it will be there by the next day. The next day came; I received a call from one of their employee letting me know the meds was there and they stated they offer delivery option so they will deliver it for me. Now the issue was that i didn’t have cash to pay the copay; so they said with my card info they can charge me and deliver my meds. So i was asked for the full card number, the expiration and cvv. A few moments later I received notification from my bank letting me know 2 transactions went through which was the copayment and a unauthorized McDonald’s transaction. As i mentioned before, i was very sick in a point it was hard for me to get out of bed and couldn’t barely eat anything other then soup so there wasn’t any activity on my bank account until i visited the doctors and paid copayments. I immediately called my bank cancelled and ordered a new one. Now, when my bank followed up with me the next day, they stated that the same day they tried to continue using the same card till the next day but luckily it was declined because i had cancelled the card right after the McDonald’s transaction. Now we all agreed between my bank, family members, and friends that my card information got compromised definitely after i gave my card information to the pharmacy. Theres no other explanation or a miss understanding when the only place where i gave my full card information was to this pharmacy and i didn’t think about it because i was super sick and i didn’t think they will risk their business & its a pharmacy. I just completely got fooled. I work in the medical industry myself and I make sure I am focused only on my conversation with the patient and not having other conversations while a patient is giving me personal information. When they called me to take my card information; the employee was having other conversations in the background giving me “unprofessional vibes” & I will hate for someone else go through what I went through while I was sick. So please people be super careful in this pharmacy.
