God damn, what can I say that's good about this place. Nothing. Don't go. Don't fill your prescriptions there. Do not bother. Go to the stop and shop pharmacy instead if possible.As for Rite Aid, don't come commenting on this review advising me to call you customer service rep because my only advice is to get rid of everyone working there.

Very unprofessional call about a Prescription and the lady named In jennifer was very rude and not helpful, rushed us off the Phone, got loud and was like all my God sir don't you know we closed at 8pm but it's 7:35pm put me on hold again then hang up the phone. Now it's 7:40pm and no one want pick up and so now the Patient can't get there Medicine. Maybe a law suit if conditions get worse because we where denied service your location very unprofessional staff on this day November 30th 2023 at 7:35pm

If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff sucks and they ALL have a disgusting attitude. I live right across the street from them so I'm in there pretty often because it's convenient but if I were able to go to another one I would. I asked an employee if he worked there because the shirt, he had on didn't even say Rite Aid on it, but it was the color shirt that the employees usually wear which is why I asked. He then has proceeds to have this annoyed look on his face and replies with a "Yes?". Then, when I take my things to the self-checkout which I use frequently since there is either never anyone at the register or don't go to the cashier because their customer service sucks, a woman walks up to a cashier politely stating that she needs helps getting something out of the case. The cashier then replies, " ring the bell". It's not what she said but it's the way she said it. She's making it seem as if she doesn't want to do the job that SHE applied for. Nobody asked her to be there she choose to be there. I understand that people have bad days, but the way these employees act it seems like its every day. As a person who has been a grocery store cashier for 3 years during the pandemic while in college, I understand you're going to have bad moments, but you don't need to take it out on people that have nothing to do with your situation. We all have things going on, they should all be thankful that they at least have job since it's too hard to find nowadays. I'm not the type write bad reviews, but it's been going on for so long it needed to be said.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with! My drugs were ordered since 11:30 am and up until 7:30pm it wasn’t ready and this happens every time sometimes it takes over a day before meds are ready for pickup. And I need my meds for a specific time. Don’t recommend this place to anyone and I don’t usually do reviews but people need to know!
