Im forced to put 1 star in order to post otherwise I wouldn't not put any stars. I received 4 text messages and an email stating that my prescription was ready. I arrive at Walgreens and now they can't find my prescription. They are literally going through all the boxes looking for it. How do you misplace medication that was just filled? This place is ridiculous and it's always something to complain about. They should just close this location. At this point it's not worth all the agitation every time I come here.

Had a terrible experience today at this location. The manager ROY SHORT OLD BALD BAD SKIN MAN would not allow me to upload $1000 on my chime card. He lied and said the policy changed to one 500 load a day
When I informed him I had another card from walgreens I was uploaded he wouldn't upload it. When another cashier tried to help he refused to give the approval.

Terrible I just try to add money to my capital one bank then when I scan the bar code I give to the person the money 500 dollar she say it's only 400 then I want to sèe the cameras they don't sow me just they say leave a number I'll call u and it's the hour I waiting the call that's not fear 100 dollar it's a day of hard work and they are antipatic

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES,
PHARMACY NEEDED MORE HELP . HORRIBLE WAIT TIME ON PHONE . DOCTOR CANT EVEN CALL IN WITH A QUESTION BECAUSE KEEP PICKING UP PHONE AND PUTTING IN BACK ON HOLD.
THEY SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER CLOSING .

Needs to be shut down ASAP pharmacy’s customer service is horrible I had to go to the ER because they wouldn’t give me my medicine they had me on hold for 30 mins and then when I went in said they couldn’t give my medicine

I'm giving them a one because I can't give them a zero. This pharmacy has horrible service. Every time my elderly mom goes to pick up her medication they always tell her it's not available for pick up, not ready or claim won't pay when it has. I do not recommend anyone to this pharmacy. They have lost a customer for good. I have changed my mother to another pharmacy. We will see how that goes.

They have changed and not for the better. The new owners are HORRIBLE! They don't stock the shelves properly. Vitamins are barely available now. And there service when you need to get someone to open a shelf is NONEXISTENT... you have to go around and look for someone. Then today they only had 1 manager and 1 cashier working. Was standing for over 10mins and still nothing

1st issue ..the Parking lot stays packed but when you go in the store the store is relatively empty so people are definitely parking in the lot that aren't in the store 2nd most of the people who work here have little patience and attitudes and lastly staff like to hide in the office instead of being on the floor, with so many items locked up its almost impossible to get help unlocking items

Terrible customer service. Especially in the pharmacy department. They establish their own unwritten rules to satisfy their laziness. Now, they say that one must wait two days before picking up the prescription. Also, that one must call five days ahead for a refill. When you call early, the insurance company says it's too early to refill the medication. If one is refilling an HBP medication, why do the two days wait? Certain medication should not be delayed for two days. They really stink!!! With the exception of the Dominicana that does the register. She's always willing to go above and beyond to ensure you get your meds.

Sorry, don't have a bad comment since I've been going to Walgreens for about 18 years and never had a problem, I was at the soundview store today bought some arthritis pain killer but as I was heading out I realized I couldn't open the child proof jar and the sweetest security guard opened it for me with a smile. Thank you again from the lady with swollen hands
