Every time that I go there it really disappoints you, last Friday I had a minor surgery after I went to pick up the antibiotics, one of the pharmacist told me”wait ten to fifteen minutes) after thirty minutes one pharmacist told that they did no have the comercial medicine they only have the generic, he asked me to call to my doctor office (it was around 6.10 pm) I asked and always his answer was, your doctor did not call me back, I want to help you, by 7.15 pm I was in pain, starving and in pain because the anesthesia was gone, but he was taking care of anything else.
By 7.30 pm I called to the doctor office so he told me that he submitted an electronic prescription and he was calling to the pharmacist but he did not pick up the phone (I had the call in speaker so the pharmacist could hear and know that he was blaming to the doctor for hiding his lousiness)
After that, it just took ten minutes, but my ride to the pharmacy was not ready until I got the cashier eating and talking with her full mouth….instead you go to this place for having your meds for healing you are mistreat and disrespected by all the workers.

I can deal with how busy, how understaffed, and how difficult it is to get basic locked items. It's a store in the city. It happens. What I can't deal with is the pharmacy always putting my meds back early if I didn't pick them up yet. There's no reason for that, and short staffed or busy does not make sense for that. i get x amount of time to pick it up for a reason and they make more work for themselves just to refill again because obviously I still need it. Which is maybe why it's so busy? They don't always know what they're doing and making more work for themselves

Ashley in the pharmacy is not professional and talks to you as if you’re her child. Samina in the pharmacy lied on the phone and said she didn’t work in the pharmacy department. I have the whole conversation recorded. Ashley and Samina both need to be reprimanded. Ellsworth the pharmacist provides great, exceptional and professional customer service all the time.

Waited forever just to drop off a FedEx envelope. Left after waiting for 15 minutes for the manager to come out. Why do you need a manager to accept a FedEx shipment?

I stopped in after placing multiple pick up orders for my family member that were canceled, only to find that all of the items were there and the shift leader Maria refused to assist. Steven seems to be the only one who knows what the hell he’s doing. He was apologetic, helpful, and kind. Maria was useless.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. Would not recommend if you enjoy your sanity.

Reception checked me in as soon as I got here and she was nice but the pharmacist is doing his things and ignoring his patients. I had to wait more than 1 hour after checked in just to get a simple flu shot. If you don’t wanna waste your time, don’t come to Walgreens to get any kind of vaccines. Last time I took Covid booster here, it was same and I had to wait around 2 hours to get a Covid vaccines.

Samarian (manager) is in dire need of training. Her rude attitude, curt demeanor and state of the store are deplorable

This pharmacy is terrible. If you want to waste your time to get your medication be my guest. Forget about if you need something from the shelves, 5 more minutes wait for staff to help you. The manager is useless and lazy. He will not help you at all. The cashier ladies are very sweet, Berta is above and beyond. Pharmacy very expensive.

I was there only once recently. The personnel seem very friendly and helpful. They helped me purchase the items I was looking for. I did notice the prices for slightly elevated from the pharmacy I normally use

Good luck actually speaking to any of the pharmacists on the phone! I used to use the Walgreens on Tremont, which was very efficient. That one should've remained open, and this one should've closed.
Prescriptions are rarely ready on time. I've arrived hours after my doctor has called in a script and when I arrive I need to wait 30-45 min for them to fill it.
Poorly managed location. Find a different pharmacy!

Beside the fact that the pharmacy pick and choose what insurance they take, we been trying to get my son medication since 11:45am on 7/12/24saying that will be paying out of pocket because he need it asap, the 1st person say that she can’t tell us the amount into is ready, went back at 5pm they give the price but say that is not ready yet that will receive a text when is ready, at 6:26 I received a call from the automatic system saying that the medication is delayed do an insurance inconvenience (we say paying out of pocket) I call the pharmacy and they say that they don’t have anything in the system, when early at 5pm they say the amount it will cost, I’m telling her that’s can’t be because we went early and they have it, I tell that I need that medication asap my son is 2years old and need it, my brother when to the pharmacy and she hang up the phone on me, beside that they are very unprofessional they are rude too! Staff is rude and incompetent.
3 registers 3 employees. One working slowly, one looking at her phone and one counting his tray over and over.
The pharmacy cashier was just as incompetent. No resolution capability, no costumer service skills.
