I called 2 days in a row, several times and pressed #5 , no one answered and the machine is on a loop ,you never get an answer or person. The last 3 times I went there with Access A Ride the store didn't have what I needed , a waste of time and money. Since they can't answer the phone it's better for me to take my business elsewhere.

Today, December 19th, there was a lady at the front register who gave me an attitude while I was translating and assisting a guest who didn’t speak English and needed help with an exchange. I was being extremely nice to her, but she started acting irritated for no apparent reason.
At one point, I asked if someone could please open the door, and she responded with an attitude, saying, “Go over there,” in a rude and dismissive tone. Her behavior was very unprofessional, especially since I was only trying to assist the guest.
For context, this occurred around 4:00–4:30 PM. The woman in question has a brown skin complexion, long black hair, and appears to be in her mid-forties to fifties. She also has a Caribbean accent.
I reported the incident to the supervisor, and he jokingly said that she was upset because someone had called out. However, I find that explanation unreasonable. Regardless of the circumstances, she should not have acted that way.
I would like to formally report this incident because her attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional.

The attitude of the worker at the pharmacy’s cash register was unacceptable. Rite Aid, please be more selective about whom you hire. Customer service skills are essential for this role, yet this employee showed none. The first time I requested assistance, I wasn’t given the help I needed, which delayed my medication pickup date. When I finally asked the woman a follow-up question about my medication, she responded LOUD and with a rude, annoyed attitude, as if my question was an inconvenience. I’ve changed my pharmacy due to this.

My husbands doing me a favor to pick up my medications from the pharmacy since we are social distancing and im feeling under the weather. The pharmacist couldnt fill the ear drops prescribed to me due to my insurance but she told my husband he couldnt afford the medication after he asked her how much it would be. She insulted him by assuming we were to poor to aford the ear drops. Ive been trying to speak to someone about this matter but no one will pick up the phone.

Excellent! Once again, Rite Aid is the same pharmacy as before, pleasant staff, who make you welcome with a smile, all the staff in general are friendly to you, it is normal that if they see you out of place they ask you if you need help but now is personal ! In short, when you enter Rite Aid you feel like you are at home and you can see, check out and buy your favorite products!!

The new set up of the store is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful, great customer service. The best part was seing a armed guard. Because in the past the shoplifting was so overwhelming, I would walk out without purchasing the item.So now I was pleasantly surprise.
