They never pick up the phone!!!. There was one person ahead of me on the phone, and I still waited over an hour. I called early in the morning, which usually has fewer people, but they never answered me. I felt frustrated.

The Employees are fabulous! Helpful...even the people in pharmacy were kind and helpful. Nicer than CVS in my opinion. Some times the lines are long, but the have great customer service and they know how to get you out as quick and nice as possible. Love them!

Ordered on line meds. Pharmacy does not coincide with their computer. Therefore I have to go in put my order in then come back another day and pick it up It's ridiculous

One star service. I am sorry I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy. They never pick up the phone. Refills get cancelled for no reason.
Worst pharmacy service ever! Charged for medication I’m covered for, refills on one medication and they need to contact my doctor. I’m sorry I’m moved my prescriptions here

I am giving rating to the pharmacy in the back. The employees there are unprofessional and treat the clients very rude. They have to close if we don’t go to get our medication there. And I am asking them to let us clients disrespect them; but they have to respect us. I had a really bad experience and went with my business else where. They show you videos saying they place all your meds in a bag; but when you get them the meds are not complete. They can’t admit they did a mistake like a Normal business to client. Let’s say I made a mistake I can do it but not with a woman saying, we are going to give you what you said it’s missing but do not come back here anymore. I call the main office and gave a complaint but if all the clients who had a bad experience doesn’t call and complain, this women are going to keep distracting us. We need a pharmacy but there’s thousands of it; Walgreens need us to survive; and they don’t give us the medication for free. I’ll never come back to that pharmacy and that exact day, my doctor send my prescription to another one, where I got my meds without any problem. They keep calling my phone, I do not know why?, because that suppose to be the boss told me net to come back. I am sure there’s plenty of people with good experience with them, but this is mine and that is why I am giving my complaint and this review.

Hours online are blatantly wrong. If you call you get a robot which is also wrong. Open late even when on the clock and rude workers

Ok, an update on this place...#1 the info on their website says 8-8 however, it remains 10 until 6. 2. Instead of helping the customers on line the technician spent 30 minutes hanging up prescriptions for people who were not there. First things first, take care of the people who are on line. When those 3 people leave, THEN start filing the scripts alphabetically. Which, by the way, doesn't seem to make the job of finding the actual prescription. I am moving out of state in a few weeks so I just tolerate this place for now. What they are good at is contacting you by phone when something is ready or there is a problem.

Scammers!!!!! Dramatic, not a lie. They overcharge you. I think that’s illegal. The sign said 6.79 on the shelf and the app showed the same price. But it rang up for 8.79 I think. I didn’t grab my receipt because I was ready to go after waiting in line for ten minutes to purchase one item. However my cash app shows I paid 9.57 including tax for an item that should’ve been 6.79. I didn’t mention it because it’s really not my job to tell them to do theirs. They have managers who have managers who have managers.
Y’all should do better. For reference the item I purchased was Sally Hansen Cuticle Remover.

This store is straight up trash. They don't stock items adequately. The store is disorganized and has some of the rudest employees ever. I only go to this store because it's close by. It was better when it was Rite Aid. At least Rite Aid was open 24/7.
