This store needs to either close or act like they want to service the community. Everything is locked up and no one wants to open up the case. I had an associate walk up to me and said “Yo!” after pressing the call button. I looked at him and responded really this is how we approach people. He asked if I needed something or not. Just because the store is in the hood doesn’t mean it has to be ghetto. Do better. And yes I told him about his damn self. I will order what I need on Amazon.

The policy must be not to answer the phone. You can’t find out if you prescription is ready because the app is unusable then when you get there it a long line. How hard is it to answer the phone worst Rite aid pharmacy.

In bronx white plains , I had been waiting one hour for medicine . The line is so big .
Worst service since gunhill road branch has been closed.
Rite Aid authority needs to make open a store to pick up only medicine from box provision as to make it easy.
Even delivery is also difficult.
Store leadership seems sleeping and many customers are getting fed up. One old man became so angry ,he left the store.
Store must make slip system and sitting arrangement must be there.
Worst Store leadership
If you donot know how to manage Store, call me ,I shall give u one day to teach you how to manage Store at 233 street bronx white plains road.
I have to comeagain tommorow though they sent me message.

These people got to be the most dumbest people... two months in a row, I paid for delivery and an empty bag comes. No one's gonna check and see if medications in a bag before delivery. It's one thing to make a mistake, but every month you make a mistake. At this point, corporate needs to get involved.These workers need help!!!!!! Joseph, the manager of the pharmacy, has a nasty attitude. I pay for delivery so now I have to go pick it up.So I asked for my money bag and he clearly told me.Call my credit card company that he can't give me back my delivery money. That makes no sense.You did not deliver anything, so why am I paying for delivery. Again, corporate needs to get involved the.Reviews are horrible for a reason.They all can't be lies. Why leave a message to call customer service?When customer service can't help you either. They will tell you they will contact you in 3 to 5 business days. Take your information no help.

I go to the Rite Aid pharmacy on 4159 White Plains Road. The associates there are friendly and helpful. The lines are faster now, so I don't have to wait long. The store is in better condition and the prices are more reasonable.

This rite aid use to be 24/7 and the shelves were always nicely stocked. Sadly that is not the case anymore after Covid this rite aid stopped running 24/7 and the shelves are ALWAYS EMPTY and good luck trying to get your prescriptions picked up because the lines are long and the wait time is ridiculous. This location should close down already it serves no purpose to the community.

I have been going to Rite-Aid at 4159 White plains Road for years. The staff in the Pharmacy is always very helpful and also the staff at the register. When they have a sale Mostly everything is in Stock

This has to be the worst Rite aid I’ve ever been too. My rite aid pharmacy shut down and horrifically all my prescriptions were sent here. I waited on the phone for over 3 hours for NO ONE to pick up. So I went in person and the line to get to the pharmacy was so unbelievably long, when I get to the front, my prescription is not ready and needed to be filled, which is why I was trying to call to check in the first place, and I had to come back the next day to pick it up and wait all over in the disgusting line. Never want to go there again.

It's the shame the Rite Aid at 4159 White Plains road. After you guys hired all these people put glass on everything which is beautiful, but you still can't get through to the pharmacy in the back and look how many people work in the pharmacy in the back and no one answers the phone. At least the Rite Aid at 233rd, they answered the phone. This is such a shame you know, if this Rite Aid had been downtown 96th street 72nd street. This problem wouldn't be happening. You guys say you're working on fixing the problem. And nothing has been done yet, and it's going on 6 months. It's time to leave Rite Aid alone and deal with the other pharmacies in the neighborhood.
