THE PHARMACYISM7CHWORSE THAN CVS. EVERY TIME I GO TO PICK UP MEDICATION I HAVE TO WAIT A VERY LONG TIME. THEY CALL ME AND KEAVE MESSAGES THAT MY MEDICATION IZ READY TO PICK UP BUT WHEN GETTING THERE ITS NEVER READY. NOT RECOMMENDED

This location has made me give up on Walgreens. I reserve an appointment online to get a Covid/flu test. Upon arrival, I was told that they don’t actually do Covid/flu tests at this location. This boggles the mind that the website would offer a service that the stores does not offer. After speaking to the manager, I was told that they made a request to corporate months ago, but no changes were made. If you want to avoid a headache avoid this store, as they take zero accountability for their mishaps.

This Walgreens has made me a Walgreens lifer. Friendly and down to earth staff. Great selection. Love the holiday aisle and card selection. If they have the staff, they open up another register whenever possible. I have not gotten prescriptions here but the pharmacist was very helpful about my questions for over the counter options.

The customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The staff are very rude and combative. It feels like they are actively trying to be unhelpful. No one ever answers the phone and it is impossible to follow up on prescriptions. Just ridiculous.

I have been coming to this Pharmacy Back when it was a Rite aid and I have to say that since Walgreens has taken over the pharmacy staff particularly the female pharmacist, an African American woman is the moat rude and dismissive staff member there. She behaves as if everything is an inconvenience to her. And God forbid you called in and have a question or try to resolve and insurance delay. She refuse to assist you over the phone and will demand that you show up in person only to tell you that she cannot fulfill your order because the item is not in stocks. Why have a call number if you don't actually assist customers over the phone? I'm not sure if she's on some kind of twisted power trip or maybe she just dislikes having to deal with customers and chooses to be difficult but I have seen several people argue with her while waiting at the store to pick up their prescriptions. It's bad enough they never fulfill the orders in a timely manner but to be treated as an inconvenience on top of that is unacceptable.

Service in pharmacy is horrible! Pharmacy hours are extremely limited (closed on Sundays, closed for lunch breaks, numerous random unannounced closures). Wait time for telephone contact is routinely more than 30 minutes.Delivery services are hit or miss. I have missed taking required daily medications for extended periods due to the pharmacy’s inability to process my prescriptions.

This store consistently opens late and closes early. I have been to this store 15-20 minutes before the official close time multiple times and they have their doors locked. One night I needed children's Benadryl for a child that had an allergic reaction and they were closed 15 minutes before (as i see the employees talking behind the register). Unprofessional.

This store feels like it’s going out of business or wants to. It’s been very hard to deal with the pharmacy. They don’t listen to what you say when there’s a problem with insurance and even get nasty on phone calls. Even after they say the script is filled they make you wait, not sure why. If it wasn’t so close to my house I’d definitely find a different location. The cashiers at the front are also kind of rude. They seem bothered that you want them to do their job, it’s weird.

I shopped at this Walgreens location for the first time in a very long time. The checkout clerk was shockingly rude. I usually shop at CVS, where they are proactively friendly and helpful. I won't give my business to Walgreens going forward.

I’ve been a customer of this Walgreens branch for two years and have only positive memories. Pharmacy staff members recognize frequent customers and have positive relationships and attitudes. I wish I had the same service in the pharmacy where I go now.
