The best pharmacy staff, always helpful. The retail shelves are sparely stocked, but slowly building back due to the parent company's financial difficulties. But this is a needed retailer in the neighborhood.

Nothing on shelves - this store is not recovering well. Plan on an hour if you have an appointment - pharmacy won’t even start the pre-paperwork until you arrive - bring a chair!

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the pharmacists and the pharmacy staff. When I need assistance, I can locate someone to help. I don't think the store is over-staffed but it is not understaffed the way a nearby CVS is. This Rite Aid staff treats folks like they are humans. Honestly, I cannot imagine going back to the CVS on 235th. Rite Aid Corporate: Don't close this store! It is a neighborhood anchor.

One of the best pharmacies around. Feels like a neighborhood pharmacy where the pharmacy staff really takes time to get to know their customers. Doesn't feel like a chain pharmacy at all. All of the pharmacy staff work really hard but are very kind and patient.

The pharmacists at the Rite Aid on Knolls Crescent are polite and knowledgeable. The entire pharmacy staff is excellent . This is in contrast to the CVS on 235 Street which is a disaster. This Rite aid is our family's go to for vaccinations which are administered with professionalism and on schedule. Since our small independent pharmacy does not provide this service it is a pleasure to find the Knolls Rite Aid. After our disasters at CVS ,this is heaven.Shelvesare neartly stocked and meticulous although sometimes lacking in variety. What is key is the pharmacy. . While parking is a bit difficult the search for a spot is well worth the few minutes.Come here for vaccinations if you want the best care. Special thanks as they are great with children as well as with adults.
