Eye doc says my eye drops at Pharmacy. When I get at Pharmacy my drops was not in Walgreens system. So I had to call Fromers eye center to correct the problem. The only thing with Walgreens is when I show them my discount card they don't want to accept it. They telling me the drops cost a lot. I don't want here that.

I visited the store on Wednesday 4/23/25 to pick up a prescription. At first they could not locate the prescription and then later stated that my prescription had been picked up. They asked that I allow them to review their cameras , I agreed and said I d go visit the bank and return.When I returned 20 min later I notified the employee and she indicated to another employee that I was present. The 2nd employee, without even acknowledging me stated, “He has to come back”. I addressed her indicating that they may like me to come back , but that I don’t have to come back, I am a customer and should be spoken to with some courtesy. She responded by aggressively indicating that she wasn’t speaking to me. At his Walgreens no only were they irresponsible in given my medication to someone else but they also showed no concern nor professionalism. Although the medication was not a high level controlled substance , taken accidentally it may be harmful to the wrong individual. I am here today an am dealing with a manager with same nonchalant manner even after seeing on video that I was not the person that received the medication.

This Walgreens has really went down hill . There’s always a long line , the staff doesn’t know where anything is at , the cashiers are not warm or friendly. You have staff like the one in the picture just standing around while customers need help . This Walgreens needs a revamp of staff & management. I will not be going back .

This place is always a long line, and their system is down when I need to deposit cash onto my cash app card. Get it together because I travel from afar, and 20 dollars for a cab is crazy work. Smh I will get there before 8 and that system better work.

Merchandise are always in boxes and a mess. Shelves are dirty, and girls at pharmacy are rude and not helpful. You one see this in the Bronx Walgreens

This fake “manager” didn’t want accept my package because apparently they don’t take “big” packages for FedEx which is a lie because the box isn’t even big and they’re just being lazy irresponsible and stupid workers here

I really don't shop in here, but since the CVS was closed, I had to. The store was clean, a bit gloomy, and not very bright in the store. The aisles were clear, and the shelves were somewhat full. I guess I came when people were just over the day, not very helpful. The guy behind the counter had his earbuds in, not really paying attention. He didn't ask if I were a member of Walgreens' points. I like to collect my points but didn't. The item was cheaper on line then in the store, but he didn't care. He wasn't very helpful at all. I was very disappointed in the service I received. Customer service was taking a break or had the day off today. They were over it, and so was I. I will definitely do a survey about today's service I received.

unprofessional doesn't begin to describe the staff and store as a whole. Every time I visit I see someone ahead of me being denied their medicine or being spoken to in a rude, condescending manner. The shelves are empty, the store is dirty and the staff is so disinterested in being at work they might as well just quit.

The Worst Store in the Bronx NY, the Managers are like animals and they treat you badly and do not give you the service that they should give you as a customer, where money is being spent, where the employees live off what they charge, if the customers who go to that store and they don't buy, then the employees are going to lose their jobs, they have to be more friendly and helpful because if they don't want to work, then they can stay home without a job.

A place where the staff/workers are kind and pleasant. Also, it has a good atmosphere when it comes to friendly people that help you. Plus, the place is safe and secure, so you don't have to worry about any trouble ? or problems, so that makes it perfect ? for shopping with ease and anything else you do here. Lastly, if you are looking for a place with a great pharmacy, this place has friendly people who help you out and care about your health ? ? when it comes to prescriptions and anything else you want as far as your health ? truly amazing ?. So if you are looking for a place to give you hospitality and also a great atmosphere of people who are helpful and kind and care about your health while also a friendly place that good for family and friends this Walgreens is the place for you ? ?

Literally, the worst pharmacy in the entire chain… Person who answers the phone is rude, condescending, and lacks knowledge! He shouldn’t be dealing with the public, and should be fired

Walgreens is generally stocked well with products. Employees can be helpful or indifferent depending on who is working. Store for the most part is clean. Register line can get long at times. The pharmacy people are super nice and very helpful. (For anyone who needs it or wants to carry just in case, you can get free Narcan at the pharmacy you just have to ask.) This is a great thing for this area. Should be in every neighborhood! Prices are fair, sometimes more expensive and sometimes cheaper then other places depending on what you are buying. Over all a decent store.

This is the most unorganized, dirty, understaffed , unprofessional Walgreens I have ever been to...Making appointments is a waste of time and they have the nerve to have an attitude...but only in the hood...remember all money is green
