STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY! The pharmacist that’s there is extremely rude and unprofessional!! My mother was going to that pharmacy for 2 months and had to get out. All because the pharmacist there has little to no consideration nor compassion for the customer’s that go in there whatsoever. He has no patience and doesn’t know how to treat the customer’s with respect. He thinks he can talk to people the way he wants and get away with it. He is doing a lot of fraud with the customer’s OTC benefits. I have never seen a pharmacist that would be this unprofessional and inconsiderate all my life. DO NOT COME HERE!!

It’s clean , organized, and they have alot of items/ products in stock. The customer service is somewhat okay it all depends on the employee. I really just don’t understand why the pharmacy has to charge $1+ for any medication they are giving out, even if your insurance covers it.. to keep in mind if you don’t have cash on you they expect you to pay over $10 with your debit or credit card ? . So being that it’s 2022.. they really expect a $10 minimum to use your card. So you have to unexpectedly have to go shopping everytime you just to pay for your medication fee and come out with a bag full of heavy stuff that you don’t need just to be able to get your medication because you didn’t meet their minimum amount to use your card.

I’ve always had great experiences at Rite Way. They’re helpful, courteous & do go the extra step for their customers. They’re welcoming, prices are great & you can shop without extra waiting because items are imprisoned. You don’t think of feeling ill & the Pharmacy being a positive place. However, Rite Way certainly is.
