The work was almost perfect except one little part

S&T Auto Body did a poor job repairing my car after it was rear-ended and sent there by State Farm. There numerous misalignments and the repairs were rushed and sloppy. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issues, the work remained inadequate. I’ve since taken my car to a different shop for further repairs. I wouldn’t recommend S&T Auto Body to anyone, especially given the disappointing experience and the fact that State Farm referred me to them. For reference, the first picture is after the accident and the rest is the work that was done.

I'm familiar with this shop for decades. Their work is outstanding. Part replacement and color are exact to the original shape and color of the vehicle. They keep in touch during every process of the repair. My vehicle was ready days earlier than promised. Cleaned inside & out, waxed and tire shined too.

Under the “care” of S&T my car was given TWO parking violations that I didn’t have the pleasure of going through a process of an appeal for them. Absolutely no one notified me of these tickets which is plain irresponsible and careless. It’s really a shame since the staff were friendly, and their team did a great job repairing the front/side of my car. I didn’t expect them to leave my car parked THREE blocks away from the shop! My car should’ve been in the shop even when idle. Please do better. Also, this was back in May-June.
*EDIT* I want to shout out Rosie for reaching out to me shortly after I left this review. She was prompt in her communication, assuring, and helped further elucidate the incident. Once again thank you.

A street light fell on the hood of my Range Rover, my insurance company recommended s & t auto a said I can use them or my own. I had used another company in the past that I was happy with. So I searched for s&t online to check their reviews and see what other experiences other ppl had with them. I couldn’t find a bad review. So I contacted them an asked them to tell me why I should give them a chance. This was at 8pm at night. The manager billy relied immediately. I like that quick response time. Billy basically described how they operate a what awards they have. A said I will never over promise an under deliver rather I under promise an over deliver. So I decided to give them a chance. Once they got my truck in their possession the process was seamless. My truck was ready 2 days earlier than estimated. They did an excellent job. My truck looked brand new. When I went to pick it up the owner personally came outside a went over the truck with me and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. Am I was

This is one amazing company! I have never seen a better auto body repair. The service was just incredible and the staff was wonderful and very knowable. You would have to be NUTs to go any ware else!!!!

Customer service experience was excellent;
Interaction with foreman was excellent;
Rental car was available next door;
When called for updates they knew who I was and was able to update very quickly.

This is my second time visiting S&T and after getting vandalized like any other honda on the bronx S&T took care of it and left it brand new. Mabel at the office was incredible throughout the check in and out of this process, and Jhoan at the shop was professional and made sure everything was done properly. Thank you! 100% Recommend.

After being hit by a deer, my car needed a lot of work. S&T Auto Body handled it very professionally. They constantly were sending me updates on the status of the repair. I was pleasantly surprised the car was ready earlier than expected. There wasn’t a single scratch on my Honda when I picked it up. Very nice job, S&T!

. I am beyond happy with S&T Auto Body. The service was outstanding and the result of the repair to my car were more than I could have asked for. They left it as if I had just taken it from the dealership, even the minor wear and tear that all cars get over the years were resolved 100%. S&T Auto Body is without a doubt the best place to resolve all your car needs.
