Elliot was the BEST!
I want to give the utmost recognition and positive interactions that I experienced at the bronx Wakefield storage location due to the customer service given to me by ELLIOT.
The amount of attention, dedication and help he provided me and my wife with was impeccable. I can say that I never received or experienced this level of exceptional customer service from this storage location or any other store or retail location.
Elliot was extremely committed to addressing my needs and and concerns but most of all ensuring that we were happy customers. He was Extremely friendly and understanding. But most of all I was impressed with his extremely likable personality. From start to finish over the few days I was in contact with him and visiting the location to determine what was the best storage unit to rent which addressed all my needs and addressed my situation he was just very friendly, patient, never pushy, understanding, he never made me feel like I was just another number or that I was wasting his time. Elliot truly went above and beyond for me.

I have had experiences in the past with this storage location that wasn't all to good over the years.
But seeing this type of service that I received makes me happy to know that this location Choose the right person to represent their location and the right person helping the customers. He was also very knowledgeable and everything went as smoothly as I can ask.
You have made this an above and beyond experience. They need to have Elliot train other employees on providing this level of customer satisfaction, and give him a raise because this is how it's supposed to be done. He is doing it right!
