Claim they delivered my prescription but no one came and never called. Also, attendant at the front was very rude

I have been with Sara Pharmacy for about 10 years now, and my family goes so back that my grandparents also used it.
The other day I was having pretty bad asthma attacks so I went to an urgent care where they sent my prescription (which were not only pills, but pumps and cough syrup.)
I had to finish off my day at work, but I got out at 5:30 and was able to get to there at around 10 mins before closing (5:50 ish) By that time, the doors were closed and the guy inside seemed to be smirking with his co workers while making hand movements that they closed.
I was clearly in distress because by that time I was due for my meds. I understand that people who work are tired, sometimes you don’t want to finish off the day. Especially because I know closing procedure was already set up. But that’s apart of the job, you are helping sick people. I needed my medication. it was for ASTHMA.
By the middle of the night it was so bad that I was hospitalized.
I just wanted to share because Sara Pharmacy has never done me wrong before, but with these new young workers the environment changed entirely. They need to be able to close the doors at the time the operating hours say they close.
I’m not saying I will completely give up on the pharmacy, but that the first experience where I was truly in need of my medication and they disappointed me.

I wanted to support a small pharmacy. My Dr put in an order from Atlanta. Pharmacist did not want to fill the prescription until talking to the doctor knowing it is very hard to get a physician on the phone. My doctor went through the proper protocol by entering into system but this pharmacy still did not fill it. This prescription needed as I am in a lot of pain but he didn't care. And this has delayed getting my medicine. Very unprofessional & medical irresponsible.

Pharmacist makes sure to have your prescription as soon as possible and properly explains how to use the medication. Effective and efficient customer service. Workers are kind and personable.
