I went in there to play lotto and purchase some items and after I finished playing I asked for another 5$ worth of scratch offs. The man behind the counter told me to get out he has to eat. I said okay but he only gave me 3$ worth of scratch offs. He then yelled at me and ran me out of the store stating he would "slam me" if I ever came back. Awful experience the guy needs to learn how to handle customer see To specify on the corner of Williamsbridge and Lydig Ave in the Bronx

This place is awful. My mother had a flat tire today and had to pull into a spot on the side of the gas station by the air pumps. She needed to call roadside assistance to change her tire and they were going to take 1 hour to come. The manager of the gas station made her pay 10 dollars to occupy the spot for 1 hour until roadside assistance came and was rude to her saying that he should charge her more. I should add that my mother goes to this gas station every week to fill her tank even though the gas station down the street is significantly cheaper. I've never encountered a man that was so rude to a customer especially when he had 5 other open spots for customers. I told her to never give them her business again and to just go to the 76 that is down the block. Karma is real.

I visited this gas station mart for an e - cigarette and asked the clerk for what I was looking for and he directed me. I made a $32 purchase only to find out he sold me the wrong item so I asked to return it and he said he doesn’t know how to. He didn’t provide his name and said he wasn’t the manager. This is the worst service I have ever received and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Don’t feed these type of businesses and how they operate.

This people are extremely rude and disrespectful. They act as if they wish you would not come into their establishment. Your punishment for patronizing their store,it's prices that don't make sense. I have never being to a business. Where the employee's are doing everything they can. To get you to never come back. If you shop at this SHELL Gas Station. You can expect to be over charge for anything you buy here and treated extremely rudely. Avoid this place at all cause.

This place always overcharges my credit card! When asked why? I was told that they would later deduct the original charge from my $60 bill! I have a tiny car that max, takes $30 to fill the tank!
