“I love that you can walk conveniently from store to store for all your shopping list needs. It feels and is a safe shopping area with ample free parking always available. Stores are always clean and stocked no matter which one I visit and the best part is that there's always a sale no matter which store you visit.”
“This has been my best-kept secret—until now. The cat’s out of the bag. This little area has everything I need at the last minute, all in one trip. I don’t have to run around town to shop for myself or my family.
One tip: avoid going around 3 PM when school lets out. The kids can get pretty wild while waiting for the bus, especially the 5 bus. Grab a snack and get comfortable—you’ll be standing there for a while. Honestly, you could walk to Manhattan and back and the same people would still be waiting when you return.
Other than that, go on weekends or during school hours and you’ll have a very pleasant shopping experience at the Shops at Bruckner.

“Went on my monthly trip with my granddaughter to Five Below. She grows tiresome of her toys at my house, so we replenish her toy chest. Great way to teach how to shop. You get five items so choose well”
“I was told that this store carries mostly Jamaican goods and food. I really wasn’t expecting such variety.They also had a section where they sell hot food.I would definitely recommend and return the next time I go to the Bronx”

“I frequent this place when I’m in the area because the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. However, I wish they had a self-checkout counter, like the one at the store on White Plains Road.”
“Convenient place to shop, with a good variety of stores in one location. I was able to find most of what I needed without having to make multiple stops. The layout is fairly easy to navigate, and there is plenty of parking available. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get crowded at peak times, which makes the experience a little less comfortable. Overall, it's a reliable shopping destination.”

“I love going to Baychester Shopping Plaza. They have a big size parking lot along with a bank, a dentist office, a few restaurants such as Chinese and Jamaican food, along with popeye. They also have other store such a convenient store, a beauty supply, supermarket, and department store that sells household items. There are also taxis available at the location. There is also a food truck located there that sells jerk chicken. It's a very convenient shopping plaza.”
“This place is clean. Big waiting area. Food is always delicious here. Waiters/waitresses are always really friendly here too! IHoppy hour meals are such a great deal! The only problem I really have here is whenever it gets really busy, it’s a super long wait to get our food which is expected but we also always get the wrong orders and would have to wait again. And it happened quite a few times already. But besides that, food and service is great!”
“On this day I went to cablevision. Just to exchange TV control. Literally was in and out within 15 seconds. Not much of a line but I was attended on the side. I appreciated that quickness.”

“I went to buy food the day prior to a supposed snow storm. The line to pay was all around the store, up and around the entire store!! However, it only took my me 10 minutes to pay for my products whereas it seemed it would take an hour.
Management certainly knows how to get a line moving efficiently!! Also, although food cost have increased exponenentially, I only paid about $6.00 more for what I normally purchase. Amazing :)”

“Went there for the sole purpose of buying thermal pants and they didnt have any even though the website clearly stated they had in stock. Also the prices are crazy at target for 5 items i payed 80 something dollars. Long story short i didnt get to buy what i initially went there to buy.”
