Came to the store at 6:50pm. The store was already locked and closed, and the associates inside wouldn't even look my way when I knocked on the door. I came to do a quick shop for my daughters shoes, which would have taken 5 mins. It's a shame.

Fantastic Experience !! I have never purchased Skechers until now. I passed by the Throggs Neck store yesterday and was assisted by Desiree, a lovely young woman that made it fun to shop with and made suggestions as to what style footwear would be best for me as I have a wide foot. Though I came in to buy for myself, I decided to look at the women section. She asked who I had in mind, I told her, for my mother. She then started to show and advise which styles would be nice and liked the choices she made, it was great! I never felt pressured nor felt she was selling, rather informing me of how stylish, comfortable and how well made Skechers are. I had the intention of only buying one pair but purchased four pair of footwear. Desiree delivered a wonderful and memorable shopping experience, even suggested socks and care products. I hope the company appreciates and acknowledges her. She is an asset to the Skechers brand. THANK YOU DESIREE!! Hope your manager treated you to lunch as I suggested. Edgar

I came here this past weekend with my aunt who's elderly and needed shoes with good arch support. There was one woman by the door who was on her phone the entire time and did not move to help anyone for over 15 minutes. BUT there was another girl named Hailey and she was running up and down the entire store. She was at the cash register, on the floor, and in the back with no help. When I first came in she helped me with every single thing I needed for my aunt. She took her time, was sweet, and gave every single person she came in contact with the same exact energy. She was patient and was more than helpful. This was my first time coming here but I will definitely be back.

Went for a friend but they had a great sale and staff was helpful and friendly. The shopping bag was a really nice reusable bag. That's a plus.

The BEST customer experience here for sure. Walked in super late, but was made to feel by a wonderful employee I had time to shop around. She assisted with sizing and options and was SO patient. Great experience
