I had bad experience . I bought 3 sneakers for my son. 1 had the wrong price like 15 dollars less supposedly. The Maniyer did not want to lower the price. It not my fault than they put the wrong price . They have to take care of the customer ????????? and the staf is very rude

1st timer to this store. Their color selections on Nikes are OUTSTANDING!!! They will also order anything not in your size, order will be yours within a week. I REALLY LOVE this store. It appears to be one of those sneaker spots that have hard to find colors in 270's or Ups. Copped 4 pairs and ordered a shade of green 270's I've NEVER seen before. You won't regret coming here. Oops, forgot to mention another OUTSTANDING aspect of this store... Their prices!!!! You'll see what I mean when you view the price tag on Ups or 270's, I don't want to spoil it for you.

If you receive a gift you can’t exchange, if you don’t like you need a receipt to do anything !!!!! Sometimes it’s hard to ask for receipt !!! I would never do business with them !!!!!!

Unbelievable! Made an online purchase for store pick up. They dont even send you a notice to notify you that your item is ready for pick up. On top of that apparently the shoes i ordered were swapped for some Air max when i ordered Jordans. Than they tell you they cant exchange when clearly snipes website tells you, that YOU ARE ALLOWED TO EXCHANGE FOR FREE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE AT ANY SNIPES RETAIL STORE. Would like order anything for here again!!!!!!!

When I walked into the store there’s an employee who greets you. I walked into the store looking for basketball sneakers. The whole time I was there there was no assistance at all. I asked the employee by the door a question she didn’t know the answer. Instead of finding out the answer she tells me to ask the manage. When I went to the manager the girl didn’t look friendly at all. She had a poker face. Overall experience was horrible. You can clearly see the employees are young adults who have no clue in how to engage with a person and provide great customer service. Poor experience at the store. Whoever said the employees is friendly must be an inside person.

Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I order a store pick up order for a Christmas gift for my fiancé. Mind you being 37 weeks pregnant trying to get Christmas present on time before my due date. I received an email confirming my package has arrived. I called 2 days after receiving the email to confirm so the order could be picked up. The young lady said “did you receive a call it was ready? I said I received an email that the order was dropped off at the front desk of your store two days ago. She said “well if I haven’t called you is because is not here yet” then I was near by the store, I called the store and was told yes the package is here; 4 days after the delivered date and stopped by with fiancé and daughter. The staff did not approach us, had attitude, I explained I was coming to get my package. It took them about 15 minutes to find the package each other kept asking have you seen an order for so and so costumer. their demeanor was very clear that they were bothered. At the end my fiancé did not wanted the gift not because he didn’t like it but the way they treated us. We then decided to make a return and the lady who was doing it said I hate doing this s**t and didn’t even have eye contact with us the whole time. My fiancé was like excuse me? You hate working here? Helping your costumers? Or what? She stay quiet for few seconds then said no the system. My fiancé said I’m sorry you having a bad day but since we got here you had an attitude, I feel like we are bothering you, “I also work with people, and what you doing plus cursing in front of my 3 year old daughter is not professional”. She kept doing the return process quiet rolling her eyes. Then we left after signing the return slip. I started crying because I wanted to surprise my fiancé, not only that but the treatment we received as first time costumer there. Lost my 9.99 delivery fee to the store, and the whole bad experience, plus being pregnant and sensitive did not help. I will never come back to this store. All the staff were there just bored, bothered, and look so immature doing kids stuff opposed to be providing good costumer service.

Hours of operation are till 8pm, and they closed doors at 740pm, store is not that big, needed to grab one item, Should close at the time it says, should not have to assume they close earlier then 8pm.

If I could give it a minus 10 I would .I understand we all have our days.but if you(employee) get a call about a product(customer)& your answer is idk & u feel the "snarky remarks & the attitude like you bothered because I asked you a ? ..some ppl don't deserve to work in the Retail industry
