I order a matching set and they never call to let me know it arrive I had to call to check if it was in the store and they toll me Yes your order is here come and get it .We when inside and they had like 2 customers 4 employees and they had us waiting they was looking for it then they found it but only hoodie not the pants they had a tshirt instead of pants and the girls look like they was so tired only talking to each other and dint not care to finalize my order . I think they need to pay more attention to the customers and not there phones and be ready to help others and don’t roll there eyes when we ask for help.

Best snipes I ever shopped at. Store was clean, staff was very helpful & respectful. The store manager, Dokairy was so kind enough to give me a discount and she is such an amazing team leader! Thanks again for the outstanding customer service. All this on a busy day?? Give this woman a raise!!!

Let me start this off by saying I have always shopped here in the past. So I purchased a pair of sneakers for my wife, when I purchased I asked if there was any issue returning them if they did not fit. They of course said no. Just bring them back which I did today. When I tried to return them I noticed the the girl inspecting the bottoms which I didn't care because my wife only tried them on. The girl then tells me the sneakers were worn outside and then cleaned I said no way because I was there when my wife tried them on and put them back in the box because they did not fit. She then called a manager who said they looked worn and I could not return them and had to exchange them. Which also makes no sense because why would you take them back at all if you think they are worn. So like I said I always shop here and did not want to start an issue. So I decided to pick out other sneakers. While picking out another pair I started looking at the bottoms and noticed that all the shoes on the wall looked worn and cleaned on the bottoms. I then pointed this out to the manager who now looked like she saw a ghost. She quickly changed her opinion on my shoes and issued a refund. She just kept repeating "I see what you are saying". So I then asked if they were selling used sneakers as new ones and everyone that was working went off and hid. I had somewhere I needed to be so I took my refund and left. Now I as I sit and think about this I believe Snipes is selling used sneakers as new or the employees are wearing the shoes around the store and then cleaning the bottoms and putting them back. Either way you may not be purchasing new shoes. And check your shoes before you leave because you may get stuck with them. Buyer Be aware.

Love the items but good luck getting decent help the girls are so rude especially floor managers ! My GF and I shop here frequently especially her !!! So a few weeks ago I had asked for a shoe size and the sales girl said no they did not have the size I requested, between her manager and I we asked to go and double check physically as I sold shoes myself for 10 years and it’s always best to double check!!! So when the sale associate goes and check I thanked her supervisor and extended my fist for a bump, she looked at me up and down and said no sorry pandemic!! But then at check out she hands me a pen to write my email and takes my money and scans it with no problems, I guess “pandemic” only spreads through fist bumping!!! Again great products love it , but I’ve been avoiding this location which is conveniently close to me and that sucks because I love supporting local businesses. These young managers profile and categorize their clients, sorry I didn’t pass their cool standards. We will just keep going to jimmy jazz and the snipes on white plains better, it’s sad because its all customer service training they need!!!
