Who can say anything bad about staples. It's the professional go to for all of your office needs. I'm sorry, but I don't take pics of pens, paper, staples But trust me you'll find those things there when you need them.

Absolutely a waste of time if you have a deadline just invest in office supplies and a printer. This place is a skeleton crew establishment. Employees walk right passed you can sit in a store for 40 minutes and n no one will approach you they will actually avoid you that was my experience today. Never supporting this business again.

Service is slow. They take costumers that just walked in over costumers waiting in line. Manager is rude.

This location at Baychester where the printing is concern something “needs” to be done. Printing service is very slow the communication is very poor and I still can’t get my business cards. VERY INCONVENIENT AND I AM UPSET.

Horrible service, If the place is short staffed close it. An employee walked out and quit on the spot. Customers on line waiting were told nothing until an actual customer walked over to ask.

Courteous service from everyone in the copy and print center, EXCEPT Shayna (sp?) When I had been on line for an Amazon return for over 20 min, Shayna took the 6th person on line, instead of the first. I was 2nd on line. Me: Miss, are you doing Amazon returns? Shayna: Im seeing if my system is working for returns. Me: Shouldnt you see with some one from the front of the line? Shayna (rudely): I am seeing if it's WORKING. Me: it seems you should see if it's working with some one from the front of the line, that's all. Shayla rolled her eyes, proceeded to help the 6th customer in line, and then say her system was down again. Since she wasnt wearing a nametag, I asked another associate for her name, at which point she came over to argue some more. I have been patronizing this Staples for over 15 years, usually the customer service is great...

Tech management is horrible. She's so rude and always try's to relate to you to suck you into buying warranty and other BS that you don't need. Do your research before going to the tech department.
