Stop n Shop at Bay Plaza has gotten better, not only the bathroom was updated but, they keep it some what cleaner. The only thing I don't like are the toilets, which are the same old toilets. Why couldn't they just get new ones. These toilets move from side to side like a roller coaster. When updating a public bathroom, change the toilets please.They are crusty old, the paint is coming out n need to keep it cleaner. Thank you

The pharmacy should update their phone system so that it works properly. It's very hard to get through, which is crucial for elderly people who need their medications timely.

The sales are generally very good I wish this particular Stop &Shop had more electronic carts ( I call them zoom zoom carts ) most of the staff is friendly most of the time all and all it's a good place to shop 👍🏽 and they did get some more zoom zoom carts

I like this supermarket. It's spacious and a diverse bunch of products. But, there is a catch, while you buying at the supermarket, your car could easily be being taken by a tow truck. And it doesn't matter if you realize and board the car, police is always on thir side. I firmly believe there is a kind of deal bet the precinct CEO and the tow truck company. The have a look out, which is illegal in nyc, but it doesn't matter. Police is on their side. The don't take credit cards, so no taxes to the city. They could tell you they recorded you, which is a lie, but it doesn't matter. You will end up paying. I stopped going to any of this businesses and that's it. The tow truck company also sales a sticker that says "Peachtree" so you can park overnight on the premises. I wonder if they pay taxes since there isn't a parking garage sign anywhere.

Stop & Shop is a decent grocery store, but my experience has been hit or miss. The selection of products is good, and I appreciate the variety of brands available. However, I often find the produce section lacking in freshness, which is disappointing.
The store layout can be a bit confusing at times, and I’ve encountered long lines during peak hours. While the staff is generally friendly, I’ve had a few instances where they seemed understaffed, making checkout slower than expected.
Overall, Stop & Shop has potential, but improvements in product quality and customer service would make a big difference. It’s a convenient option, but I hope to see some enhancements during my next visit.
