The customer service is top notch. Always helpful when i need a storage center. The best concept is being able to drive right inside the center and be protected from the weather. Even better you get closer to elevators and or your storage space. Love this place.😆

But a grace of God I stop by this location on the Thursday when they are open one hour later than the competitors and for that so reason They gained me as a customer. The storage units are affordable, spacious, clean and well-maintained The staff is extremely friendly. They made the experience of putting the stuff in within the unit a breeze being able to drive into the facility and unload right there within the facility was a plus overall I had a great experience and will definitely let more friends know in the future if they’re looking for storage unit to store with you guys

I must say Stop and Stor treats you like trash especially when they owes money for damages, they give excuses why they don't pay. At the bronx branch Mr. Theo treats people like family, look out for you and your well-being if it weren't for him I would have already left instead I stayed and got an extra unit, Mr. Theo is the best.

I would not hesitate to recommend Stop & Stor, where my husband and I have had a unit for several years. Now we have two units. We get outstanding customer service all staff, very pleasant polite and professional, especially the manager Theophilus Chartey. They go above and beyond to make sure all questions and concerns are handled properly. Places exceptionally clean and affordable. It’s open seven days a week , has good security, insurance, and electronic gates. Multiple payment options, very helpful. We are 100% satisfied. Great job guys!

Theo and Michael went above and beyond! They made time for me even though I arrived at 7:40pm. They were absolutely lovely! Helped me in every way and I’m so grateful for all their help! I give kudos to Theo C at Co-Op city Stop & Stor. He went far and above for me a person with disabilities. There were no chairs available and he brought me his after standing awhile. Offered me water as well. His kindness and his superb customer service is very much an asset to your company. Keep up the good!

The staff was amazing & very helpful … Theo, Manny & Gene were all so kind. The space was clean and well kept. The staff answered any questions we had, explained everything well
and after we spoke with them … we knew this was the right facility for us. I would highly recommend to anyone!

My favorite storage spot. All of the staff are very helpful and kind, especially Manny and Micheal! It’s also very accessible. I highly recommend doing storage with this place, it’s totally worth it.
