Extremely helpful and patient with me I had to move my things from the shelter and everything was smooth ! A Mr. Clyde helped me over the phone, and Ms. Siobhan (Shavan) was on-site and extremely helpful as well. The whole experience was very smooth

Yesterday was my first experience renting a storage unit, and I was fortunate to be greeted by Vinny upon entering the building. From the moment we met, his energy, professionalism, and knowledge were immediately apparent and truly appreciated.
Vinny took the time to thoroughly explain everything, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service made it a pleasure doing business with him. I want to sincerely commend Vinny for the outstanding service he provided.

I currently have a storage here. It's good, and if you have any questions, you can talk to the receptionist or customer service; they will treat you kindly and with respect.

In today’s day and age, there is no customer service to speak of, but the customer service person at this particular facility took the time to Show me several different Storage bins on two different floors without any hesitation without any attitude that you get in many establishments these days because the young people don’t want to do anything. I would recommend this particular facility.
