I’ve had several items over 2,500 worth stolen out my unit. At first for a moment I thought I was going crazy (I knew I wasn’t) & I let it slide but every time I went back to my unit more things were gone. And storage post covers up for thieves ! So @storagepost don’t reply to this talking about “we don’t have records of you and what to come to resolution call here” yall are all fake for reviews. I can only speak for this storage post but they are HORRRRRRRRRRRIBLE. The people are lazy and hate working. I should’ve know when they weren’t even going to give me a tour. they’re The only unprofessional storage facility I’ve ever used. Customer service is also horrible. Please please go elsewhere !!!

Let me start off by sayin that the one start review is not a reflection on the gentleman who was helping me on the day of. My one star review is due to the lack of employee at the time. Being a first time customer, I requested a 5 / 5 unit and the gentleman who was there was clearly frustrated by the lack of assistance. He much needed. I waited over 2 hours for the gentleman to find an E. Finish assisting everybody else soon. Then start assisting me. I was patient throughout the whole process and not ones that I lose my cool, but it is unacceptable for a first time, customer willing to come to this location. So I have to wait for so long. Just to receive help and finally be able to start moving in his stuff. Again, the gentleman that helped me on the day was extremely professional he even gave me a 2 month discount for my weight. He understood my frustration and apologize to me on several times, and expressed that it was only him that sunday. I picked this location because it was relatively close to home. So I had access to my stuff, okay, relatively fast and easy, however, upon arriving at this unit, I've noticed that there was a big line of people waiting to be assisted. Some of them just need a basic customer service right? While others like me were also looking to rent units that day. But. Unfortunately. The wait drove some people away. Again, the gentleman who helped me was an extremely professional individual who clearly cared about his job. But the lack of assistance was frustrating to him, and he encouraged people, so please wait and be patient with him.
