Such a bad experience I got today! Yesterday I bought a scrub for $50 I went there 2times to see the scrubs because I was unsure what to buy and didn’t know which one will gonna fit me, I bought a scrub and the cashier said you can exchange it anytime but didn’t care to tell me that they have no money return policy !!! I came today to return the scrub and he claims that they don’t have a money return policy, I was shocked because yesterday I went there two times unsure if I wanna buy it or not and I bought it he told me I could exchange it but didn’t care to mention I can’t return it!! He argued with me that I can give you store credit! With this horrible customer service, I don’t expect to go back to buy something, and he is offering me to give store credit! I waited for a bus for 21 minutes to get there and return it, such a waste of time and What poor customer service.

Uniforms are expensive for no reason the guy who runs the store doesn’t have good customer service first time buying from the shop and I have to say the uniforms are too much

After reading these reviews, I was hesitant on shopping at this store, but I’m glad I did. Mark was great and helped me buy what I needed. Great new location and service!

I will give two stars because of the service , scrubs are excellent, much to choose from but they are over priced. Uniforms are not sold in sets either, much over priced..

1 star because they do have nice uniforms if your willing to pay extra for, which I didn’t mind at first. . As a professional, I believe that you should give excellent costumer service especially to those costumers who go frequently and spend over $100 every time they go like me. Mark sold me 2 sets of uniforms I paid about $130 for. I had to return because the color was off, he didn’t have it and said he would order it. Gave me 1 set similar color for now. I called him to confirm if he got the color I needed, said no so I opted to just get another set of the similar color. . I went today and Mark was not there another gentleman was there who insisted on a credit receipt that “was written on”. First of all Mark needs to get it together because he never wrote on the receipt. He didn’t even want to give it to me because he said he new me. I insisted on keeping the original receipt because I honestly didn’t want to get played if the brand was going to be different. I ended up leaving with Nothing because the gentleman that was there didn’t want to call Mark, mind you I’ve been going here for years no trouble get what I need and go didn’t even question prices. When I know there are cheaper places. Didn’t even make an effort. I even told them to just give me a cheap pair. And I’ll be on my way so that I won’t take a loss being that I already paid $40 taxi to go there and come back home. I left with nothing! If you do decide to come here don’t trust them with there word get a store credit. And make sure he writes on it. I walked a bit down and there was another scrub Shop same uniforms cheaper. I left with $200 worth of uniforms and he gave me a free bag and socks. He appreciated me as a client. Will go there moving forward.

The quality of certain items are good but not the prices. I recently went there after years of avoidance and I spent almost $200 for 3 tops and 3 bottoms, which is highway robbery if you ask me. If I didn't recently start a new job that required a specific color I would've just ordered from Uniform Advantage or Walmart, and the prices would've been much more affordable.

Went here to buy scrubs. I've been wearing scrubs for like 9 years now so I know my size already, on different brands and styles. This store offers a lot of brands and style but I must say they are overpriced. The owner needs a brush up on customer service. He won't allow me and my siblings to touch the scrubs while browsing. He also said we can't try them on. That we can come back to return them or exhange them if they don't fit right. What kind of policy is that? So he means I should buy the scrubs, without seeing them, go home and try them and if I have a problem with it I can come back to the store. That's *!cked up! He also kept on insisting to my sister to buy a different brand of scrub because he doesn't want to open new batches. He even called my attention when I took a pair of pants to look into and he said I shouldn't be checking them out because it's for tall women. I know I'm not tall but I just want to see. Out of frustration and much harassment from the owner we just left the store. I don't think he means business because he just lost a lot of money because of his poor customer service. Mr. if you get a chance to read this review, you should just close your store and put all those scrubs in frames so no one can touch and buy them.
