The woman at the counter is EXTREMELY rude. She's the only woman there and seems to be the only person dealing with customers. I ordered off of the app but I wanted to ensure that the things I requested were placed on my sandwich. She told me to sit down, I told her no. I will stand and watch while you make the sandwich. She ACTUALLY sucked her teeth. I asked her if it was going to be a problem and if so, she could cancel my order of two foot longs and refund me my money. She proceeded to make the sandwiches. She made them mostly behind a counter with a metal partition that blocks the meat and cheese area that she made both sandwiches in. I asked her to toast both of my heros (a request I made in the app) this woman actually rolled her eyes. When I requested that she add additional banana peppers to one sub, she had the nerve to say "there's already banana peppers on there", to which I replied "I didn't ask you if there were already banana peppers on the sandwich I requested additional banana peppers on the sandwich." Her tone was SO condescending that the person standing next to me looked at me in disbelief when she said that and when I made my reply he laughed and said "that's right, tell her!". She mumbled something under her breath and I was like you know what? You're VERY rude. I was going to tip her, but after experiencing her horrible attitude not only did she not get a tip, I reported her to the customer service division of the restaurant chain and I refuse to return to this location. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. If you treat people with disrespect, you don't deserve business! DO NOT GO HERE! She is a miserable person and I'm sure the bad vibes transfer to the food she makes.

I'm deeply disappointed with my recent visit to Subway, where the service was abysmal and completely disrupted my plans. Anticipating a quick meal, I pre-ordered and paid for my food online, only to be met with an unreasonable demand for ID upon arrival, as if I were picking up a controlled substance rather than a sandwich. The staff, particularly a lady at the counter, was exceptionally unhelpful, even threatening to cancel my order over this trivial issue. Frustratingly, I had to reorder, which completely defeated the purpose of a 'quick grab-and-go' and led to a further delay. Her attitude was far from the standard of customer service I had come to expect from Subway. This inefficient and unprofessional handling of a simple sandwich order not only wasted my time but also caused me to be late for my subsequent commitments. Overall, this visit was a disheartening experience, marred by poor service and a disregard for customer convenience.

Please for the love of God don't go here! Go anywhere else. But if you want terrible service, proceed. The woman is extremely rude and they never ever have a pre-order ready for when you scheduled your pickup. Got charged $4 for the fresh mozzarella then she charged the white man behind me $2 but on the app is $1.50 ? okThen demanded I show my CC and ID for food that was already paid for via app.

I remember when subway was $10 i paid $20 for a sandwich, not only that… This is the worst subways ive ever been to lady had an attitude put the tiniest amount of every ingredient, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I was discriminated against by Wanaka or Monica. She was very rude and aggressive. She stated to me that how would she even know if I’m the actual person who placed the order. I showed her my app with my name and I asked if she wanted me to show her my credit card transaction for the purchase and If she wanted to see the email I received for my pick up. I have worked in pc Richard and son for over 8 years as a manager and not once have i ever I countered discrimination. I will never go back to this location ever. Monica wanaka was very racist towards me. She told me I didn’t have money and I didn’t have any credit cards I asked if it was because I was black she widened her eyes and made a body expression instead of saying it. I’ve always did mobile order pick up and this was the first bad experience especially with this location. I’m informing my team to not go to this location either to take the walk to 1 Fordham plaza here on out. She needs retraining and or corrective action to her. She was very unprofessional towards me and said if I come back I must bring id and card. The only problem with that is SUBWAY MOBILE ORDERING APP DOES NOT REQUIRED THESE ITEMS FOR PICK UP. IF SO THEN IT NEED TO SPECIFIED IN THE EMAIL SENT FOR PICK UP OR INDICATED ON THE APP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER FROM THE SUBWAY CLOSEST TO MY HOME IN YONKERS.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY READ ALL THE REVIEWS BELIEVE THEM!! ON AUGUST 28 2023 I WENT TO THIS SUBWAY ESTABLISHMENT AND PLACED AN ORDER FOR 4 SANDWICHES AND 6 COOKIES FOR $35 AND THIS BENGALI LADY HAD CANCELLED MY ORDER WITHOUT PERMISSION AND CLAIMED SHE WASN'T TAKING ONLINE ORDERS. THIS PLACE IS RUNNING SCAMS AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE DO NOT GO HERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY!!! THEY WILL DISRESPECT YOUR KIDS TOO!!

Konica the shop owner canceled online pick up after she confirmed my order and money was changed. She canceled with any reason. The staff that was there was acting like he don’t care he was lying and did not not refund money. When asked to speak to owner or manager he was calling them but no one answered the call. This restaurant is running scams and stealing money from customers.

If I could put zero stars I would! I ordered an italian bmt wrap and got nothing but SCRAPS! It was smaller than a regular six inch, when it is supposed to be on par with a foot long. Gave me like three pieces of meat and two tomatoes. No lettuce, mayo or ANYTHING that i ordered. Came all crumpled up. And the original price is 10.95 but it somehow came to be 12??? Never again. CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
