This Subway store is the worst store you can ever order from. Their customer service is horrible, and extremely cheap overall just a disgusting environment. I highly don't recommend this store.

The teriyaki sweet onion sandwich was nasty. They just threw everything on it that I didn't even order. And to much sauce couldn't even eat it. I would not recommend anyone to order from that address. I wish I could get a refund

The system was broken all of a sudden when it was my turn to order but it seemed to be working fine and taking orders for other ppl that happened to look just like the manager. I wonder why the system was broken all of a sudden when it was my turn to order?

Didn't buy nothing cause they didnt take the coupon there all the other subways take the coupon what makes them so different not taking the coupon plus he he was so rude to when he saw the coupon

My first and last time ordering from this location! I ordered a delivery through ubereats of 14 cookies and most of them were stale. The least they could have done was make a new batch and have them fresh. Sadly they were lazy and I had to complain about them and leave this review but one think I did like was the packaging.

Now I know I'll just stick to the location near me and never order from a subway that's 24/7.

You can't go inside the store. Which is already shady practices, I like to see my food being prepared. Based off of the other comments, we should petition to have the location closed off of the utter disrespect alone.

I ordered two 12 ft- long, flatbread veggie delight and the halves contained a pinch of lettuce, 2 spinach leaves, 1 slice of cucumber, 2-3 slices of onions, and a couple of jalapeño slices. I ate one because I was already home and starving. When I returned the 2nd one, the workers fought me on fixing this anemic sandwich because they didn’t prepare it and insisted that I come back that night. I refused to go and he finally fixed it. The fact that they lock the door at night and you cannot see what they are doing speaks volume. I am leery of owners who are happy to take our money but don’t see us because they fear us. The gas station, convenience store and the Subway inside will never see me again.

Just want to say.. listen to the reviews. I ordered through ubereats. One of the orders was correct the second order was the same as the first but with the ingredients to my original second order. Much better subways as well in the area. Throggs neck location is better but it wasn't open so I tried this one. Definitely won't again.

Terrible customer service and terrible food portioning. One “sandwich artist” told me I can order online, I ordered online waited 25 minutes in the cold only to find out that they don’t except online orders from the next sandwich artist. Then wasted another 10 minutes discovering that they didn’t give me the right food portion for the veggie patty wrap and charged me more than other subways do that give me more veggie patties. Terrible experience I will never return unless it was an apocalypse. BP’s customer service was also horrendous. It’s no wonder they only do window service at night because all the customers they probably have confrontations with throughout the day come back to cause them harm at night. What a shame, and not that I endorse or justify violence, but they sure do provoke and antagonize their customers.

I order online, and went to pick up and they say no order came troughs, I show them the receipt and he said nothing went through the system. I asked to him if he can just make the order and I will pay him, and he say no, that he can’t do nothing for me. I explain to him that I will pay again that I just want to order something and he denied me his service. They took my money, didn’t give me the food, and denied me his service. HORRIBLE, don’t go here, and specifically don’t order online, they stealing your money.
